Private Pool! Walk to Beach! 3 Kings & Quad Bunk!

Welcome to Sugar Isle! This house is in a gated community with private beach access and is the largest floor plan in the community. It has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an attached garage, a large private pool (can be heated for additional $275/wk), an attached "cocktail or kiddie pool" (it's 3 feet deep with a seating ledge - not a hot tub), and a huge backyard. This house is located about 500 yards from the beach, or approximately an 8-9 minute easy walk.

The back yard is fully fenced in and the patio features a gas grill, 2 dining tables with umbrellas and 12 chairs as well as 6 poolside lounge chairs for sunbathing. There are towel racks on the exterior wall with 24 hooks for all your wet towels and bathing suits.

The primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms have king sized beds with ceiling fans (total of 3 king beds), and the 4th bedroom has a quadruple twin L-shaped bunk bed. Each bedroom has a 32" Smart TV with DVD player, and the primary has a 43" Smart TV with DVD player. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the front room. The house will sleep 12 people comfortably with a maximum of 10 adults.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a roomy pantry and a huge bar area that easily accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, pots/pans, accessories and small appliances you will need to prepare meals at home. It even has an air fryer! The front room has a dining table that will seat 6-8 for formal sit down dinners or game nights.

The living room has couch seating for 7 and a 65" 4k Smart TV with DVD player. The front room has a 50" Fire TV with DVD player in case the kids want their own area to watch TV!

The house is equipped with all the comforts of home including a full size washer & dryer, a pack & play, a portable folding mini-crib suitable for babies and toddlers up to 35lbs, a high chair with a 40lb weight limit, a toddler air mattress, keyless entry on the front door with a unique code for each guest, a garage keypad and a full size refrigerator/freezer in the garage. We also have a wagon for transporting your items to the beach as well as a rolling cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, various sand shovels/buckets and boogie boards/pool noodles.

The house is within walking distance to several restaurants/bars and a Dollar General. There is tons to do and see in the area including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons open air shopping center, Baytowne Wharf for dining & specialty stores, mini-golf, bumper cars, laser tag, trampoline park, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, boat tours/deep sea fishing, Crab Island Water Park, Harborwalk Village and so much more!

*Cleaning Information - We have comprehensive cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing measures that are taken between each booking which means our housekeeping crew needs plenty of time between check-in and check-out. Our check-in time is 5:00pm CST which allows a full 7 hours between guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we know you are anxious to begin your vacation. However, please bear with us as we do want to make sure our house is as clean and safe for you and your family as possible.

**Weather Information - Unless there is a mandatory evacuation order issued for our area, we do not allow last minute cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather (this includes, but is not limited to, rain, high wind, tropical storms and hurricanes). If you are concerned about the possibility of inclement weather, please obtain travel insurance with appropriate weather-related coverages (referred to as “cancel for any reason”).

***For safety and security, this home has exterior facing security cameras - they point towards the porch, driveway and side of the house. There are no cameras facing the pool area or back yard.
