Fabulous place to stay! Quiet and charming. Close to a lot of amenities in a very safe environment!! We will definitely go back the next time we visit our family.

It was super clean and the host was very nice and helpful! I will say since it is a room attached to their main house, it got loud sometimes because we could hear them in their house. Overall it was an amazing stay!

What a beautiful and amazing property! Check-in was easy. Jim and Laura are great hosts. They made my mom feel so safe and at home in their gorgeous suite. They respected our privacy and made sure our stay was perfect. The suite had everything we needed. There is a shopping center not far with a grocery store, Starbucks, and a couple resturantes. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Beautiful, clean well appointed room in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, and easy access to highway to enjoy all of the things San Diego has to offer. Contactless check-in / check-out was easy. Would definitely recommend this place whether you are here for business, visiting family or enjoying the sights.

John was so accommodating and personable as a Host. He would always ask if there was anything else that I needed. Although Laura was away during my stay, her prior generosity in being a Host was as wonderful.

Super nice and friendly host. always helpful and attentative for my needs. the suite is spotless level clean with a nice outdoor patio area. Two dogs are so friendly and cute! highly recommended!

Cozy Stay

We were in town for a wedding. The Villa was super clean and cozy. Very easy check in process and we absolutely would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Easy to jump on the freeway system if you plan to go to downtown San Diego or the beaches. Nice amenities: Keurig/mini refrigerator, grill, outdoor eating area and comfortable chairs to relax in.
