Cozy, well equipped studio condo that is covientlly located and a perfect place on the top floor with cathedral ceilings for you to call home while visiting the Ogunquit/York area.

It has a living room with sofa and two chairs a Smart TV with cable, blue tooth and WIFi. A tethered piece bistro set with a well equipped kitchenette with two burner stove, microwave, mini fridge,toaster coffee maker and blender Well suited to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. It also has a separate sleeping area with a full size bed and reading nook with a recliner.

Situated within walking distance is the beautiful Perkins Cove and the Majestic Marginal. Way a scenic coastal walk that ends up in Ogunquit and it's beautiful beach.

There are wonderful restaurants and eateries in the area from take out to fine dining and everything in between. There are bars and clubs and live music venues as well as the Ogunquit Playhouse. For those who like to shop there are many choices. There are also a number of Galleries in the area and the Ogunquit Museum of American Art sits diagonally across from the condo complex. Great place to stay! Nice and quiet, but still walkable to nearby restaurants and beach areas. My wife and I had a great time exploring the nearby town and wildlife in the area. Perfect for a little get away. Would book again!

Nice quiet stay

The spot was super cute and in a nice quiet location that was still walkable to most places. A little confusing to find the correct complex but other than that it was a cozy little apartment that had everything I needed.

Perfect Maine getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! The unit is the perfect size for two people for a quick getaway. There is great access to Perkins Cove and a short walk to Ogunquit and the beaches. Perfect for my first trip to Maine!

Great Location - Short walk to Perkins Cove

We enjoyed a last minute trip to Ogunquit and were very pleased to have found this property available. It’s so close to Perkins Cove and was just a 5 minute walk away. We were there on one of the hottest days on record. Thank goodness for the air conditioner. Overall we were very pleased with the location and amenities and would definitely return if the property were available.

Cozy Home Base

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Ogunquit/Perkins Cove area was lovely and we will definitely be returning for a future visit. Be aware that if you are a couple used to sleeping in a king bed you may want to consider a twin air mattress for additional sleeping space. Overall it’s a cozy place to crash while you tour the area.

Relaxing in Perkins Cove

Great communication for a last minute stay. Property as listed - 3rd floor condo. Comfortable with nice detail for extras. Easy walk to to the footbridge at Perkins Cove - about 5 minutes. Great value for the area in the peak season. Would recommend for sure.

Wonderful weekend

Nice little gem close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Both are within walking distance. The walk does require walking across loose gravel and small hills which might make it difficult for some. The apartment is located in a condominium complex and is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I had a great time! Highly recommend.

Nice quiet place close to town/sea

We enjoyed our stay at this cute, comfy condo! It was more spacious than it looks in the photos. Nice tall ceilings were an added bonus to give a more airy vibe.Was with my daughter on this trip, and she was very comfortable sleeping on the couch.Was also nice to be able to cook breakfast and eat on the private terrace before heading out on our Maine adventures.For those who can't climb stairs well, it is on the 3rd floor - so a bit of a haul if you have a bunch of things to bring up. Also, the laundry is on the ground floor and not in the condo. Parking was convenient.The host was helpful & answered all our questions beforehand. Everything was lovely at the condo and of course the Maine we love was awesome - including the weather for my daughter's birthday!

Problem about distance

The property was great, though a little small kitchenette. Asks for being well organized preparing meals. Thought we were closer to Perkins Cove port, too far for us to walk the distance.

Close to everything

The condo was nice. We had a few issues that the owner was quick to remedy. One thing that I think would help is a guide to the area, how to operate equipment and the Wi-Fi password. I had to call so I could complete work. The owner was helpful in finding the information needed.

Private yet close to everything

Very clean property, close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Many shops and restaurants nearby. William was great with communication and got right back to me if I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!
