Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with a private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Unit has parking for 1 car. Terrace suite has a private deck with lounge chairs and an umbrella table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.

Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the beach and Marginal Way. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is a perfect alternative to a crowded hotel.

The property was as advertised. Perfect location. Our host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. She was excellent. Would recommend and will stay again if we are back in the area.

Cute and cozy apartment rental. Located on a quiet street and walking distance to everything. Hannah was very responsive , friendly and professional. The exterior balcony was a great bonus and great place to relax. The unit was well equipped and clean, the mattress was somewhat too firm for our liking. Thanks for a great stay.

Very cute little place.

Sweet little in town location, emphasis on “little”. Tiny but immaculate bathroom. No kitchen per se, but the small fridge was very handy. A microwave would have worked better than the toaster oven to reheat leftovers from eating out. Sufficient dishes to have breakfast in. Very pleasant hosts, and all in all we had a nice three day stay.

Perfect for couples

This cozy room is small but has everything you could need during your stay. Access to your private terrace is like having a bonus room. We parked the car when we arrived and never needed it again until we left. All stores, the beach and the marginal way are within a short walking distance. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Great place for anniversary weekend stay

While on the smaller side it has all you need for a couples stay and is right downtown near all of the shops and many restaurants. A little under a mile walk to Perkins cove made for a nice walk and exercise

Great location, great hosts

Host was incredibly communicative and helpful. Place was small but clean and outdoor deck was awesome. Best location for walking to everything. Will definitely be back.

Great location for exploring the marginal Way. Great location for experiencing downtown Ogunquit and surrounding villages. Property was clean and very comfortable for 2, great layout and amenities.

Perfect get away

Very clean, comfortable and close to town and the beach, easy walk to the marginal way. Enjoyed the deck and the setting. Perfect for a couple to enjoy Ogunquit, definitely would recommend.
