Private, Cozy 2-Bd Rm Guest Suite.
Bedroom #1 has a studio like feel, with a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 is completely private with a full size bed.

Our Guest Suite is in the quaint neighborhood of The Farley Home Edition, near the Indianapolis International Airport and right off of interstate 465.

We are 7 minutes west of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The hot tub is open 24 hours per day.
Leave all of your day to day worries behind.

Park in your designated guest parking space (to the right of the garage) and take the river-rock pathway to your own, private, covered patio door entrance. Use the keyless entry and walk into the living space.

Step inside to a lovely brick accent wall with wood-burning fireplace. Also includes a microwave, mini fridge, hot/cold water dispenser and Keurig. Snacks, tea and coffee are available for your convenience and pleasure.

Our Guest Suite includes a kitchenette (not a full size kitchen)

There are two steps to the bathroom.

Both TV’s include amazon fire sticks with Netflix/Hulu access.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
