Fun Stuff: Waterpark, 2 major mini golf parks, best cape cod beaches w warm water, shopping...all within one mile.
Studio cabin is located at the Yarmouth Country Cabins in South Yarmouth. This cabin shares the 10 acres of land/woodlands is located in the heart of Cape Cod. So close to the Island Ferries we can hear the steamships horns blow. This property was developed in the 1940's and still has the nostalgic charm that it was blessed with. There are nature walking paths, badminton, ping pong, horseshoes, Bocci Ball, beach sand playground, campfire area, heated salt chlorinated outdoor pool, and salt water pond at the edge of the property. We are exactly one mile to the Town of Yarmouth's Parker's River Beach on South Shore Drive on the Nantucket Sound side of the cape. Our location is between 2 of Cape Cod's largest miniature golf attractions, Pirate's Cove and Bass River Sports World/Skull Island. Pirates' Cove is .5 mi and Skull Island/Bass River Sports World is .2 mi. Planet Fitness Gym is .3 mi from us. Restaurants, shopping, treats to eat..all within walking distance.
We are 25 minutes over the Sagamore Bridge and 45 minutes to Provincetown.
The cabin has wide pine floors, vaulted ceilings and a screened dining porch set on the edge of the woodlands. A beautiful country setting. Quiet and full of nature.
We have added a beautiful pergola w deck, flower garden, water fountain, additional outdoor fireplace and grilling area.

Our cabin was really clean, tidy. And the quiet location surrounding the cabin was perfect for our great dane! It reminded me of my childhood and how cabins looked when my family and I would vacation each summer!

Clean, friendly and sweet!

This great little place is a step back in time, but not in amenities. Very clean, great pool, and had all we needed. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location is easy with plenty to do nearby.

Our cabin was clean and efficient. Audrey is on site and communication with her was easy and immediate. Checking in and out was a smooth process also. We will definitely be back.

Amazing host with great location and price

My sister and I travel for beach trips each month from March to September and we stayed here before and loved the location. This time it was a different cottage with more space and it was great! The host was so responsive and offered late checkoutv without us asking. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Small group of cabins in a walkable site with playground and swimming pool. My dog found it friendly as did I. Updated bath and small kitchen. Will comeback.

Best Spot in Yarmouth

This would be the 6th time staying here over a 12 year period of coming to the Cape. It is in a great spot to get to baseball games, food, shopping, mini golf, farmers markets, or ice cream. Highly recommended.

Cape cod last minute getaway

Since it was off season much of the campground was closed. This was a very last minute trip as our trip to Maine had to be cancelled. Our reservation was accepted within hours And we got a beautiful upgrade! Sure made the bad situation we had been in soo much better! Thanks to the owners I would love to come back with my family!!

Family vacation

The property owners were very nice, accommodating, and even offered late checkout due to the inclement weather. The cabins and grounds were all very well kept, and there was a lot of activities for the kids (and adults alike!) to enjoy right onsite! We had a wonderful week here and would definitely return!

Wonderful stay...great location & host!

Best of all worlds here...comfortable cabin stay with kitchen and all amenities you need! Host was very responsive and helpful. Clean and safe. Dog-friendly was a huge perk for us. Good location to see all of Cape Cod. Pool, fire pit, and outdoor game area. Hope to return soon!

Cabin in the woods close to everything

Nice little spot, nice place to rest while being close to everthing on the cape. The host was welcoming and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Could of been cleaner

deep cleaning needed. a lot of gunk in corners of rooms, Tremendois amount of ants on kitchen counter, bathroom and some in fridge. Had to go out and buy ant traps. Had our dog with us, and we pick up his poo everytime , but, they let their dog roam so had to pick up their dogs poo also. Ripped screen in screened in porch so lots of mosquitos coming in.

Loved it!

Quirky lovely place with adorable cabins, and they allow dogs. We absolutely loved our stay. It was early May so very quiet. Our cabin was adorable and cozy with an electric fireplace a screened-in porch, and a nice sized kitchen. Bed was very comfy. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but that’s reflected in the price. We are very low maintenance and I was more than willing to clean up some windows, tape up some screens and dust out some cobwebs. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, with no complaints!

Good Cabin for Family Vacation

This cabin's location and general amenities were good. If I had small children, I would appreciate the "camp-like" feel with the bikes, ping pong table and pool. The kitchen was fine for reheating or microwaving, but I wouldn't try to do any "real" cooking. I also appreciated the on-site, self-service laundry facilities. These are by no means deluxe in any way, but rather serviceable and average quality. The internet at the cabin, and on the Cape is rather spotty, which caused us some troubles when trying to communicate with the owner about drain issues in the bathroom. Since we were in and out, getting the service completed was a challenge. Also, since we flew in, we bought towels at Target and left them behind as this was cheaper than renting them from the property. So, if you're not expecting deluxe & full-service, you'll probably be quite happy here.

Vacation at cape cod

Staff was very nice.. they replaced our TV that didn't work.. however,, Privacy was not as noted. Other people's dogs were let loose.. we were right near the fire wood shed. The fire pit was also so close our cabin filled with the heavy smoke even when we closed up door and windows.. Toilet was not bolted down so it would wobble when you sat . Big issue for us was we didn't know we had to carry all our stuff from our car to the cabin. The car had to be parked at the next cabin. That was too much for us to carry that far. The screen door had big gaps allowing bugs in. That was totally unacceptable for us. We saw in a prior review that this was noted and so it was never fixed. The tub also drained very slow. There were ants every day on the kitchen counter. We did not use their dishes nor did we leave food out. The outdoor chairs were very dirty and full of bird poop. We washed them ourselves. The gas barbecue nearest us was not usable.

Relaxing Cabin Stay

My First impression of cabin 12 was clean and well kept. Easy checked in and out. The cabin has a nice fresh scent. All the furniture was comfortable. I would stay there again 👍
