This brightly coloured, open concept 1800 square feet (168 square meters) of living and entertaining space on a peaceful 1/4 acre lot with sparkling pool and citrus trees . Fully renovated in 2021, with ceramic marble floors, spa like bath, and chef's kitchen. Tickle the ivories on the baby grand, or dine el fresco in the expansive private back yard. 12 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Bike trails connect at the end of the cul de sac. 6 minute drive from PSP airport, but quiet neighbourhood off the flight path. Wide sidewalks , no overhead powerlines to obstruct the spectacular views.
