This beautiful Modern bungalow nestled in South Palm Canyon is the perfect Getaway from the hustle and bustle of all our busy lives. Very private yard with your own private Pool and Spa and outdoor Kitchen this is great for entertaining for a quiet Candlelight Dinner. Completely Remodeled in 2016 this property is in Walking distance to Restaurants and Shopping, and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.Two bicycles available for your pleasure and a 5 minute bike ride to downtown Palm Springs. Guests will enjoy all the amenities and comforts of home with down comforters to 75" TV and Dining for six with Gourmet Kitchen.Both Bedrooms equipped with TV's and an Outside TV for Watching late night movies. Maid Service Available for longer Stays.

Very relaxing getaway

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. There were so many spots to hang out (outdoor living room, outdoor bar, outdoor fining). Anything a guest might need, they had. We enjoyed our relaxing time here. Communication was great. We felt very comfortable and at home.

Simple and clean

Wonderful two bedroom home and is very peaceful and quiet very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and very well equipped kitchen the pool and the hot tub are definitely a bonus. The spectrum cable service could have more channels, but not a dealbreaker.

Perfect vacation

This place has it all. Lisa was so helpful from the day we booked her home to the moment we regretfully left it. She was there when we pulled into the driveway and gave us a thorough tour. She left all the pertinent information we needed to enjoy e space. Also recommendations to n places to shop, eat, etc. Her home was stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. And don’t get me started on the pool and hot tub! I would recommend this property to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Spotless!

This house is the perfect getaway. It's absolutely spotless, has many extra amenities, and is in great safe/quiet neighborhood. Lisa is also great to deal with and very quick to respond. We have stayed here a few times and will definitely be back.

Perfectly Appointed Home!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Not only was the home neat and clean, but stocked with everything that you would need for cooking, cleaning, personal bathroom items such as blow dryers and other hair styling tools, lotions, soaps, shampoo, qtips, etc etc. Plenty of towels and beach towels too. the bed was super comfy and Lisa was a great hostess. It was quiet and the grounds are charming. Definitely would recommend!

Above & Beyond!

This is a super-cute bungalow with everything a person could want & more. As I've come to understand short term rentals, owner's run the gamut in terms of equipping their house with extras. It can be a nuisance when they don't supply much TP, or make you go buy all your body wash & shampoo. Lisa STOCKED the place with all of those necessities that can be costly to buy, ,then you end up leaving most of it behind. Very impressed! The house is great, the bed was super-comfortable (and I'm fussy). The pool area was awesome & private. Tiny mentionables would be the thermostat being a little fussy about holding an overnight temp & the Wi-Fi/Cable being a little spotty, at times. Location was fantastic, with groceries & restaurants 1.5 miles away. Low-key loved the proximity to the North Lykken trail, which was an awesome/strenuous trail. Overall a fantastic stay & wish all VRBOwners would live up to Lisa's high standards!

Fabulous host

We enjoyed our three weeks at Lisa's house immensely. There should be a separate category for a host like Lisa--instantly responsive, always helpful, very thoughtful. The property is exactly as photographed and we loved the outside as much as the inside. We appreciated all of the provisions supplied, the house cleaner, pool and garden guys and the wonderful location. Just A++ in every way!

Wonderful stay!

Such a fabulous house in an awesome location. Lisa is a wonderful host -- she is such a responsive communicator and has thought of every detail. The house is immaculate -- beds are super comfortable, gardens around the house and pool area are beautiful and living and cooking areas are great too. We especially loved the location. You can walk almost everywhere -- coffee shops, restaurants, downtown stores, hikes in the surrounding hills and the surrounding neighborhoods. The best!

Great property

Our first time in Palm Springs. Loved the house and the location so close to downtown and to restaurants. Very close to some hiking trails as well. So convenient.

Excellent stay

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at this charming house. Lisa made the process so simple, from reservation, check in and check out. She was also kind enough to give us some great dinner recommendations. Bar Cecil (must make 30 days in advance), Copley’s, Workshop Kitchen. Drive, bike, Uber around town, all very simple to do. We couldn’t take too much advantage of all the backyard amenities, pool, hot tub, t.v, grill, due to unusual Palm Springs weather, but can’t blame the house for that. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Loved our stay!

Everything in the listing is spot on… the property is darling and the backyard is a dream! Lisa met us at check in to go over everything with us and had a bottle of wine waiting for us which was a lovey touch. Another nice touch was Lisa had a housekeeper come mid stay, which I believe she does for stays of 5 nights or longer (we stayed 7 nights). The location is amazing- just a few miles to downtown and a handful of wonderful restaurants. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends! Thank you Lisa, for being a wonderful host!

Best VRBO ever!

Lisa’s place is truly paradise! The pictures are great but it’s even better in person. Very private backyard with awesome pool and hot tub. Close to everything yet quiet at night. Lisa is an exceptional hostess and has thought of everything a person could need while staying at her place. Very well stocked kitchen, towels galore, bikes for rolling around the neighborhood, she even left us wine and fresh flowers upon our arrival. 10/10 highly recommend!

An Oasis of Calm

What an amazing 3 night stay in Palm Springs! The bungalow felt like a home away from home to us - well equipped, tastefully decorated and on a peaceful no-through road. The real star of the show was the secluded yard and pool. Lisa was there to greet us when we arrived and responded very promptly to any questions we had during our stay. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Return Visit to a wonderful property

We stayed ay Lisa's house two years ago, and could not wait to return. The house is clean, cheery and in a very good location. One can walk to four really great restaurants and it's just a short drive to downtown. (A quick tip- if you want to eat at Bar Cecil it must be booked exactly 30 days out. It's very popular and very difficult to get a reservation). The backyard and front porch are perfect for relaxing, and the pool is warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Lisa's house, and this time we thought it was even better then we remembered.

Highly recommend

Our stay at Lisa’s house was wonderful. Everything was as described (and maybe even a little better!). We were there for an extended stay in March so that having a full kitchen, stocked with cooking basics, was really nice. The bathroom was great, the bedrooms comfortable. The real attraction for us was the outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were really great and the sitting areas were very comfortable. The landscaping around the house was beautiful and created a very private outdoor space around the pool. There are always little quirks when you’re staying at someone else’s house but any we encountered were very minor. Lisa was very responsive to any questions and anything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend the home, and Lisa, to anyone.

Delightful

As billed, this cottage has been tastefully remodeled and sports a sweet private backyard pool area. The location is relatively quiet and very convenient for downtown activities. The host (Lisa) was super and the rental well stocked. Expect a $500 deposit and rental insurance here.

A two week treat

My husband and I were thrilled to see Lisa’s house on Vrbo. It is described perfectly and we felt that the only surprises were good ones. Lisa met us upon arrival and gave the quick tour and answered any questions and was available by text after that. The house is comfortable, well stocked and cheerful. The pool area is like a whole second wing and the kitchen was lovely to cook in. The Canyon Rock house made our entire two week stay perfect. Thank you Lisa.

I purchased the property 2016 and remodeled and added very special touches to make this property the perfect getaway. My family is located in the Desert and we love the way Palm Springs has take on a New Life and Modernism in the last 6 years. With the Recent addition of The Rowan and our new and improving Downtown we our finally make this the New Go To Destination.
