The main living area of the house offers an exciting open floor plan that encompasses a large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and expansive backyard with commanding views of the mountains.

The living room is modern yet comfortable and features a dramatic outlook to the pool and mountain view. Comfortable seating can accommodate 7-8. A player piano adds interest and connects the living room to the magnificent golf course views. Sunshine pours into the entire area bathing them in natural light.

GOURMET KITCHEN

The sunny kitchen features gourmet stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler. You'll find everything you need to easily prepare a midnight snack or a holiday feast. Counter seating provides a place for casual meals and easy conversation with the cook.

FOUR DELUXE BEDROOMS

The spacious King Primary Suite features large walk-in closet, bright, all new en suite bath with double sink vanity, and walk-in 2 person shower. There's a 60'' TV and a wall of sliding glass doors for easy access to the backyard and pool.

The second large King Master Suite has a sofa seating area, en suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower, 60” TV, walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door to the backyard.

Bedroom three has a queen bed and en suite bath with an extra door to the hall so this bath easily functions as the shared bath with the 4th bedroom/office.

The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and a nice desk/work area with a monitor and printer.

Optional Pool Heating is recommended October thru May: $79/night.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance.

Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.

The owner keeps one car in the 2 car garage, but there's ample room for another large vehicle in the garage and there's ample room to park 3 additional vehicles in the garage driveway or the circular driveway.

Max occupancy is 8 adults and 2 children under 12.

Your reservation includes a Damage Waiver Fee which provides up to $2500 coverage for damage during your stay.
