Great refuge spirit family cottage

Large chalet designed as a mountain refuge to meet many family or friends. Very well exposed southwest, it enjoys a beautiful view, not overlooked, on the rocky chain of the Vercors Park.

Excellent location, the cottage is at the entrance of Villard de Lans, at a place called Font Noire nicknamed by villardiens "the little nice" for its calm and sunshine. A small path can reach in 10 minutes walk to the village center, for those who want to avoid taking the car.

The chalet is accessed by a staircase on the east side which leads to a large balcony. On the opposite side and around the chalet, the hillside garden offers a beautiful playground for children.

Warm, friendly and comfortable, a large living room in L can be found around large tables (3 tables of 6 to 8 seats, adjustable depending on the number). Very beautiful fireplace in lauzes of Vercors, lounge area equipped with two large banquettes and 3 rattan armchairs. The living room overlooks the balcony, deckchairs available.

For sleeping, all the bedding is new and equipped with duvets. Sheets are provided and included in the rental amount.
Towels are not provided.

Upstairs, bedroom 1 overlooks the balcony, beds 160X200, large wardrobe, office area. Bedroom 2, 140X190 bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. A bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Independent toilet.
On the ground floor, bedroom 3: 2 twin beds 90X200, small wardrobe, 2 armchairs. Dormitories 4 and 5 each equipped with 5 beds made to measure by a carpenter. A large closet allows dormitory sleepers to store their belongings. A shower room, double sink, toilet.

The house is perfectly equipped to be numerous. The kitchen is small but well designed for comfort cooking: gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, storage space, large pots and bistro crockery in quantity.

On the ground floor, a laundry room with washing machine and drying clothes. A space in the garage has large shelves to store equipment (sports, travel ...) and food reserves.

Cleaning is included in the amount of the rental for stays longer than 3 nights. For stays of 3 nights, a package of 80 € will be requested.

The wood for the fireplace is included in the amount of the rental.

The Vercors is a beautiful region to discover winter and summer. It offers many family activities for sports and contemplatives.
