Une semaine minimum et samedi à samedi pour louer cette unité.

Ce premier étage bloc de plage condo magnifiquement rénové est maintenant disponible pour vos vacances d'été. Situé dans le complexe Islander Condo sur la 43e Rue à Brigantine, vous êtes à quelques pas de la plage, secondes de la piscine et de 2 miles de la Borgota ou Harrahs. Planchers de bois franc, comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, la peinture fraîche (Photos Prochainement) Piscine passe, balises de plage, laveuse sécheuse, 2 téléviseurs / lecteurs de DVD, la climatisation centrale, cafetière etc sont tous inclus. Ne pas attendre trop longtemps pour planifier des vacances à la côte du New Jersey.

Maintenant réservation locations mensuelles ou d'été. Un condo de bloc de plage avec une piscine ne durera pas longtemps. Louer avec confiance comme je l'ai été la location de maisons à Brigantine sur ce site et d'autres depuis plus de 10 ans!

Loved our stay!

We had an excellent month at the Islander! Super cute property, perfect location with all the amenities you need. Rob was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying at his property and I would love to stay again!

Excellent Stay

At the start of what is called the 'Locals Summer' we spent a great week in a well appointed, shore decor, up to date technology condo in the south end of Brigantine. The owner Rob, was a pleasure to work with, communicated and answered questions quickly. Would look forward to another visit here.

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our vacation in this clean and comfortable condo. The unit is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare your own meals. The off street assigned parking spot was convenient The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is a short walk from the property. The owner was very accommodating and responsive.

Brigantine get a way

The property is lovely! The unit is very clean and we were surprised how spacious it is for a one bedroom unit. The fact that there is a side porch, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer were all a nice bonus! We would definitely recommend this property. The landlord was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful Brigantine

This property was perfect for my friend and I We had an amazing week. Everything was so clean and decorated so nicely It had the beach theme but not cheap looking. It was so nice to have the washer/dryer too. We did a+lot of cooking and watching movies but the best part of our stay was the beach !! We are older so the shallow water and small waves were perfect ! The sand was clean as well as the water. No jellyfish or seaweed! The only thing that is missing is a portapotty on the beach Thanks again to Rob. He was a very helpful host and even came on Father’s Day to hook up two DVD players tha were needed. Great vacation!!!

A little piece of paradise

What a great place! The location, the property itself, the pool, and of course, the owner. The property is immaculate! Everything you can think of is available for your stay. The owner is wonderful to deal with. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Clean, comfortable, and Modern

This condo was a great find. It was nicely decorated and modern, with everything you’d have at home. I wiped everything down upon entering, as I always do, the place was immaculate. Loved the Keurig and the new appliances. The complex was very quiet and you can’t hear other guests. It’s about a 5 minute walk through a wooded path to a very huge beach. A beach cart would be helpful to bring with you. The beach was the nicest I’ve seen in NJ. I will definitely keep Roberts place in mind the next time I need a getaway!

Great place for two

This is a lovely property that is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. No complaints at all. The beach is wider at this end of Brigantine, much quieter than near the center of town and less crowded, perfect considering current events. Nice porch to sit on that faces very quiet street. The pool area is closed, but that was to be expected. However, it will be a nice addition when it reopens. This apartment is perfect for two people, and owner provided all information that was needed. A little gem in Brigantine, our island for life. Thanks, Rob.

Quiet week away

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week away based on the positive reviews. We were impressed as soon as we walked in. The condo was spotless and everything was nice and clean. We were able to cook all of our dinners there with no issue and had plenty of room to eat at the table. The table Lso has two small pieces that pop up if you wish to expand it. The air conditioning worked very well and we even found at night that we didn't need that AC since we were so close to the ocean and it kept everything cool. I really enjoyed the little balcony/porch area off of the bedroom. The condo itself is second from the path to the beach, and the beach was nice and quiet with respectful families. Everyone was spread out and considerate. There is also a shower outside of the condo to rinse off after the beach. The only downside was that the pool was closed due to the virus, which was not tbe decision of any of the condo owners- but it was just disappointing as we specifically picked a place with a pool because i don't swim in the ocean. Considering the circumstances I suppose I can understand, it was just a little crushing. Rob was very easy to communicate with and would answer emails within minutes, which was very helpful for any questions we had during our stay. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which was super convenient and they both worked very well. My husband and I really enjoy our week away. We would love to go back next year. I hope next year this virus is a thing of the past and we can enjoy our vacation with a pool!

The best week getaway....

I rented this condo for a week with zero expectations. This condo was incredibly cool. The decor was perfectly beach themed without being over the top. All major appliances worked great (refrigerator, stove, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, iron + ironing board, etc). There were no beach chairs but we spent most of our time at the pool. Rob, the owner, replied to emails super quick and was very nice and open to suggestions if we had them (we didn’t bc his place is great). This is a great condo to rent and I highly recommend it!!

Cosy condo

We had a good time in this small condo. We were near the beach, the pool was clean. We would have liked more kitchen accessories, some were missing such as tableclothe. The sofa bed was mot confortable. Overall, it was à nice place and the owner was accomodating and answered quickly to our questions.

2019 Brigantine Vacation

The apartment we rented from Robert was perfect for our family of four. The space was very clean and nicely decorated. Appliances were up to date and everything was in working order. Robert was easy to communicate with and readily available of we needed anything. The complex had a great pool and the grounds were very clean. Best of all, we only had a short walk through the dunes to get to the beach. We would absolutely rent from Robert again when we return to Brigantine.

Great rental, quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at Rob‘s condo. The layout, appliances and furniture were very nice and up-to-date. Comfortable mattress, very tasteful decor. Air conditioning worked great. All the comforts of home were provided - including sheets, towels, even laundry detergent and Dishwasher detergent. We enjoyed the pool it was nice to have that during our hot week. It was our first time staying in Brigantine and we really enjoyed the quiet location and beautiful beach. We needed to touch base with Rob a few times and he was very attentive. Got back to us quickly. We would highly recommend this Rental. It was great!

THE BEST!!!

If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in Brigantine-- this is it!! Exceptionally clean, well taken care of, lovely accommodation. The beach is right there--as is the pool. The condo is very well equipped to suit all needs.. towels, sheets, blankets, pots, pans...and everything you need to have the comforts of home. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, as well. I spent 6 wonderful weeks here-- and was more than happy with everything. What a great place!! I'll be back!!
