Beach Block! Beautifully furnished 1 bed/1 bath steps to the sand

Beautiful 1 bed / 1 bath condo on the 2nd floor in the Cedar Sands community. Fully furnished with Queen bed, full size sleeper sofa, all sheets/towels, and all of the kitchen utensils, appliances, and features you'll ever need. Balcony off the bedroom is great for morning coffee. Large pool with lifeguard and plenty of tables/lounge chairs. Parking for one vehicle in parking lot, but street parking is also available for overflow. This complex is directly on the beach, no streets to cross or blocks to walk to put your toes in the sand.

Washer/Dryer in unit!
Pets welcome!
Available for weekly rentals Sat-Sat, June through September. Month to month winter rentals are available October through May.

Clean and Convenient Condo Resort

This reasonably priced, pet-friendly, clean and convenient condo resort setting was great for a family vacation! Brigantine, NJ is a "hidden gem" on the Jersey Shore.

Our Stay on the Jersey Shore

I didn't know New Jersey was so beautiful. The location was as advertised, "steps" from the beach. The unit was perfect size for two people. Cute and Clean. Walking distance to fun eating places. Biking to more. I recommend this location and would stay again.

The beach

The property was nice, the condo was just as in the photos, very cute, beachy decor. The air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud, so loud we couldn't use it. It was a also a long walk to the beach. We found that if you drive down by the Seawall you can walk right onto the beach.
If you zoom in, those dots are people, you can see how far the water is. That's after you walk that path

Hi Rosanne! Thank you for your review and for letting me know about the AC unit. This has since been replaced and the new one is significantly quieter and also cools the space better. Apologies on the distance to the beach. The South End has the widest beach on the island so it's a little bit of a further walk through the dunes than the North End where you can park and walk directly on it. Thanks again!

Only issue with condo was the bedroom ac was noisy. Had an issue with migrating birds in the pool area but what can you do, gotta love Mother Nature.

Hi Robert! Thanks so much for your review and for letting me know about the bedroom AC unit. I have replaced it with a brand new one and it's significantly quieter and also cools better than the old one. Also note - Our Property Management company is working with a local environmental company to address the migrating birds. That was an odd week and hopefully doesn't become a yearly pattern. Thanks again!
