Welcome to our beautiful top floor condo, located on Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores, in between Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg on the crystal clear shores of the Gulf of Mexico. This exquisite beachfront condo is just fabulous! The owners of this property have taken great care to make every area of this vacation home outstanding. Between its dramatic location fronting Indian Rocks Beach near Indian Shores, the wonderful tropical furnishings, and magnificent oceanfront views, you'll see why this condominium is in such demand.

Located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater, this large and scenic Indian Rocks Beach condo offers everything you need to have a truly remarkable experience. Positioned on the top level of the beautiful Beach Cottage Resorts, this condo features 2 bedrooms with new king sized beds, 2 full baths, a fully equipped a recently renovated kitchen with high end LG appliances, dining room, living room, 2 big HDTVs, DVD player, High Speed WiFi and of course air conditioning. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer, phone, extra linen, barbecue grill, and your balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.

As part of a resort, you're also provided with a large sun deck featuring a heated pool and spa, and outdoor dining and grilling. The private beach to this resort is only a footstep away, and the location provides plenty of restaurants and attractions for all of your entertainment desires. With incredible views and comfortable living accommodations, it's no wonder why some of our guests have said this vacation spot is the closest thing to heaven!

I included a video of Clearwater Beach on this page which is an area of town just north of this vacation rental, about a 10 minute drive up the road.

Superior Host and Vacation!

Our Host was the BEST! He checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or had any concerns. Our unit was spotless and the view was amazing! We were close to restaurants and activities which were within minutes of our unit. We'd rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

Perfect

The rental was perfect. From the initial contact from the owner to the check out was seamless. The condo is well appointed with a full supplied kitchen, nice furnishings, and great views. Overall an excellent stay. We will be back again.

The location was great! Terrible fish odor in garage area. Should have digital key entry instead of picking up and returning keys to a remote location.

Pretty area

Condo was very nice, although we couldn’t get into the WiFi. I tried to call the host but his mailbox was full. The other issue was that the floors were not clean and if we didn’t keep our shoes on, the bottom of our feet would be dirty within a couple hours.

What Roofers?

The condo was fine. It is a nice unit & pretty clean. (minus the stained pillow case) We had this unit for Dec 26-Jan 2. The issues: 1. We booked this unit for Tues to Tues. but had to change due to "wrong settings" during booking. 2. Upon arrival, our unit reeked of cig smoke; (non smoking unit) 3. We saw a note on counter stating to wash the towels and wash cloths prior to departure & replace the provided detergent; that is not part of checkout procedure & there was not any detergent in the unit; (but we were expected to replace it?) 4. Night 1, when we went to bed, we noticed a stained pillow case; maybe a bloody nose stain that had been washed; YUK. We called the office the next morning & these issues were resolved; On Friday morning, app. 7:30 a.m., roofers showed up; At 8;00, roofers began the scheduled roof replacement; our unit was on the top floor; the work consisted of very loud noises associated with roofing on a huge building like this; The same continued on Sat. & Sun.; one day they worked well into the night, until app. 9:00. It was awful; we couldnt watch games, relax or sit on the patio & enjoy coffee due to the debris falling; the patio looked like black gravel. We were NEVER told abt the roof work. I spoke w owner & he agreed to a partial refund; when I got home he called & lowered the agreed amt by $100. The mgr said emails were sent to owners abt the roof work; Owner played the "I didnt know" card. I wish I had known abt the planned roof work!

Accommodating & Comfortable with a view!

Very nice unit. Perfect for 2 couples since has 2 king beds We had everything we needed for a great stay. Only critic is plumbing fixtures in bathrooms are very dated and a bit difficult to control shower temp and pressure. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the beach and restaurants!

We loved how close you are to the beach. The pool and surrounding patio were awesome. The only downside is number of times you have to use your key to get into the building, pool, and beach. A little much. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would go back!

Spring Break Holiday

Had a wonderful stay - everything we needed for a perfect week. The condo was well-equipped and the view was serene - sitting on the balcony, a lovely view of both the beach and the waterway. Location is not too close to public access, so was never too busy. We walked miles!

Great Property

Nothing bad to say. Property was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of both beach and pool, including sunsets from the balcony. Beach is just outside the gate. Indian Shores is a quaint location. Being close to Clearwater and St Pete Beaches, you can find anything you want close by. Free trolleys run up and down the coast but there are good restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, it’s easy to drive as there was little traffic late November 2017 and multiple bridges nearby to get inland. Owner was very responsive and also accommodating when we extended our departure date. Management company is close by and also helpful. We hope to return to this property.

Nice clean, comfortable condo, everything we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo has a nice full kitchen for those wanting to stay in but there are many nice restaurants close by if you're looking to go out. The beaches in this area are excellent. Look forward to making a return trip.

Great condo

We rate everything about this condo as excellent. The owner was most helpful in assuring we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the condo was well maintained and offered lots of extras. One closet was stocked with everything needed for beach time. Beach Cottages offers a heated pool, hot tub, deck overlooking the ocean, with lots of seating. The view from the condo overlooking the pool and the beach is terrific. All in all, we had a great stay and plan to return.

Excellent Condo

We wanted to get away for 10 days or so to Florida, and as very frequent clients of VRBO in Europe and the USA, we turned to VRBO to locate a condo in the greater Tampa Bay area. After looking at many adverts for condos, we found this condo to be the best in all of the criteria that we look for. We rate this property 5 Stars, and give it a 10 out of 10 in the following: #1 Prime beach location, very well kept up #2 Proximity to the beach, and the condo has a closet full of everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and much more. #3 The closeness of several grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants. #4 Everything you would need in the kitchen from dishes, silver, pots and pans and more. #5 A washer and dryer and much more amenities in the condo. #6 A great heated pool, and grills for cooking out right there on the property, great for an end of the day on the beach. The biggest plus for this condo is the price. In looking for a place to stay, we found many condos costing alot more that did not measure up to the quality of this condo. The owners live in the mid west, and are two of the nicest people to deal with, as they are willing to make sure your stay in their condo in Indian Shores will leave you with good memories of your time there. We intend on returning to Tampa again again, and this condo will again be our 1st choice of property. From one old Marine to another - semper fi, and thank you Martin for letting us stay in your great condo - Mary and Al / MA

Thank you for your wonderful condo and great accommodations. The furnishings were very comfortable including the beds. We loved the location, easy access to the beach, near lots of great shops and restaurants. The balcony views were spectacular. We are so looking forward to spending next year here too.

A relaxing week

The description of the condo is accurate. It was spacious, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to spend a week. The view is lovely, the pool was warm, and there were many great restaurants within a short ride. A bird sanctuary right next door was fun to visit. My husband enjoyed some golf in the area. Flying Allegiant Airlines to St. Petersburg was very convenient. The owner and property managers were very responsive. Highly recommended!
