This property is in a great location. Short walking distance to restaurants and night life. The property was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive making the check in/out process very easy. We loved staying at this property.

We stayed a full week for Spring Break and had the best time. Perfect location - you can walk most places. We tried so many great coffee places each morning and had a great time getting to know the neighborhood with our pug. Can't wait to go back.

All as as advertised and very easy process to reserve and check in and outUnit is nice and the bed was excellent. Kitchen is well stocked to cook . We chose to eat out as there are great little places all over the neighborhood. Great location with walking access to King St. and to drive anywhere. Recommend renting a small sub compact vehicle as streets are narrow and parking spots are tight. We’d recommend this unit and Stay Duvet management

We did not have an ocean view but the property was very nice. We liked the art work and the old brick fireplace. The king bed was as comfortable as ours at home. The outside space behind the house was convenient for letting the dog out but its bare dirt needs covering. We suggest a heavy layer of mulch.

Loved the place! Very clean and we just loved the neighborhood! So many small shops, coffee places and fantastic restaurants within just a few blocks. No need to go to King Street. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on that. Great communication with the management company and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Stay Duvet on Spring Street!

Best place to stay in Charleston!!

My husband and I have never been to Charleston before, and staying at Casa Verder was AMAZING! The location is perfect for walking everywhere; the service was outstanding. We will book here every time we visit Charleston; we truly LOVED IT!

Charleston Getaway

We loved everything about this property. Location, the small backyard to have coffee and let our dog have a little off leash time. Cool decor just like a well designed home, and the bed was amazing, super comfortable mattress. Highly recommend this place!!!

Great place to stay for a Charleston visit

The apartment is as described and we enjoyed our stay there a lot. It is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comes with a full kitchen, great internet connection, comfy bed and a small outdoor sitting area.

Great little apartment with a fenced in back yard!

This little downstairs apartment/house was perfect for our visit to Charleston! Lot's to walk to so no driving/parking worries. If it's too far to walk, or you get tired, there are tons of Bike Taxi's that are pretty reasonably priced and believe me, they go everywhere! The check in/out process was easy and again, the house was perfect! I'd stay here again for sure!!

Great Place to Stay

Location to King Street lets you walk to dinner. It's also convenient to sights. A parking space is directly across the street. The pictures represent the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient Charleston home

We booked on Spring Street because of its proximity to King Street, but didn't realize how quickly we could travel to anywhere in the area from the location. The place had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Surrounding neighborhoods had historic homes and were great to exercise in. Waterfront trail only about 1 1/2 miles away.
