Gregorio Armenoから50m先にある、20世紀初頭の建物の3階にある洗練された明るいアパートメントです。最近改装され、オリジナルのレイアウトとスタイルを尊重し、すべての快適さを備えています：70sqm、スリープ5、ソファーベッド付きのリビングルーム、ベッドルーム（ダブルベッドとシングルベッド、ベビーベッドのリクエストあり）バルコニー（4〜5脚用）、食器洗い機付きキッチン、洗濯機付き洗濯機、エアコン、断熱器具、テレビ、DVD、WI-Fiモデム。 Oasi Bluの特徴は、歴史的中心部にあっても非常に静かなアパートになることです。 Circumvesuviana駅（Pompeii行き）、港（Capri、Ischia、Sorrento）、フェデリコII大学から徒歩10分、地下鉄駅から徒歩15分の素晴らしい場所にあります。 （Piazza Cavour）、Conadのスーパーマーケット、ピザ屋、レストラン、職人の店から、銀行から、郵便局から、建物は警察署の前にある（セキュリティ保証）。アパートは海の色とPosillipoのパノラマエリアの空（家からタクシーで30分）を思い出すベスビオのマジョリカの床があります。

Nice little apartment

The description is accurate and it is a nice little apartment. It is located off a very busy street which was a bit overwhelming at times. It was nice to have a washing machine and kitchen area after staying in hostels for the rest of our trip.

Great location

We were there for 30 days. Bedroom and living areas were bright and spacious. Host was responsive to a couple of small issues we had. Only down side is the kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner

Centrally located

Very centrally located .. stairs are tedious if you are carrying heavy luggage.. other than that .. the washing machine was not installed and was a huge blow for us.

Spacious apartment!

The apartment was spotless and spacious. Danielle was very responsive to text messages Her neighbor gave us the key to get in and was very helpful, even though she speaks mostly Italian. We didn't realize the apartment was a 4th-floor walk-up until we arrived.

Spacious Napoli Retreat

We found the ‘Blue Oasis’ an authentic, spacious apartment and enjoyed a pleasant stay situated in a prime location in the Pendino area of the historical city centre of Napoli. Many of Napoli’s cultural attractions were within an easy walking distance and we appreciated the opportunity to return for lunch or to enjoy a drink relaxing on the balcony which caught the afternoon / evening sun. The ‘Blue Oasis’ is located on the 3rd floor of steep stairs for access with no elevator. The key holder lives opposite and was very helpful and patient throughout our stay even though we spoke no Italian! Overall the apartment’s maintenance was satisfactory with some areas of need of attention, most notably the fixing of the shower head wall attachment. The dining / living room was spacious with a large dining table and comfortable sofa. Overall we consider the ‘Blue Oasis’ to have been a memorable stay contributing to our experience of Napoli.

Une vie à la napolitaine !

Quartier très animé et central. Appartement lumineux et calme la nuit. De belles excursions aux alentours. Train très bon marché.

Au cœur du quartier historique

En plein cœur du quartier historique, près d’une station de métro, de la gare et du port accessible facilement à pied. Quelques démols : 3 étages à monter sans ascenseur cela travail le cardio qui est important à Naples ! De plus, la cafetière est assez juste pour 4 adultes. Séjour pour 4 appartement suffisamment grand, les premières nécessités à disposition c’est très agréable de pas courir chercher du papier toilette à l’arrivée !!! 😅 Voisine sympathique Je recommande vivement

Blue Oasis

We had an amazing stay at Naples. Daniela’s Neighbour welcomed us and handed us the keys and some local specialty pastries. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable in a lovely street and just a few minutes away from the top spots in Naples. Highly recommended!

APPARTEMENT CONFORTABLE ET CALME

Très agréable séjour dans le centre de Naples (quartier Decumano/Spaccanapoli) dans ce confortable et spacieux appartement où rien ne manque, les photos correspondent tout à fait. Dans une petite ruelle au calme, tout se fait à pied, commerces, bonne pizzeria en bas de l'immeuble, et toutes autres commodités à proximité comme le port pour la visite des iles de Capri, Ischia (charmante) ou Sorrente, la gare pour Pompei et Vésuve, ou taxi (20eur env. pour l'aéroport). A savoir, 3e etage sans ascenseur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Grazioso appartamento nel cuore di Napoli

L'appartamento si trova in un vicolo caratteristico della zona vecchia di Napoli a un passo da tutto: spaccanapoli, musei, stazione circumvesuviana.Tutti i servizi sono a portata di pochi passi. La casa accogliente e ben fornita di tutto e silenziosa. La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha accolto con molto calore. Da considerare che si trova in Ztl e quindi raggiungibile con l'auto sotto casa solo fuori dall'orario del varco. Parcheggio su strada. Per chi ama stare nel centro vivace della città da consigliare veramente

Appartement calme en plein centre historique

Les photos correspondent bien à l'appartement, il est en plein centre, mais dans une petite rue, donc très calme. La chambre et le séjour sont lumineux, la literie est bonne. L'appartement est bien situé, à 15 mn à pieds de la gare centrale et du Circumvesuvania , 10mn du métro. On n'a vraiment pas besoin de voiture. Le supermarché, à 5mn à pieds, est bien achalandé. Daniella est à l'écoute, elle nous a fourni rapidement ce qu'il nous manquait. Merci pour les délicieux sfogliatelles et le magnet souvenir. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, si nous revenons à Naples nous retournerons dans cet appartement.
