Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-designed third-floor suite, ideal for couples or families. It has a king-size bed and a queen pull-out sofa, accommodating up to four guests.

The full kitchen includes a full-sized oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and complete cookware set, plus dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Fresh linens and towels are provided, as well as shower items like Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Enjoy extras like under-sink water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted PennyCup coffee.

Relax with cable TV and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. Entry is easy with a personal door code emailed 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Cribs and high chairs are available at no extra charge upon request.

Cute cottage

My husband and our two dongs and I stayed here for a quick weekend beach get away, the cottage was cute and cozy, close walk to the beach and pier. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful Studio

Studio was perfect for our trip to Ashville. Very clean and close to downtown. Hiking was awesome and the many breweries to visit at the end of the day was great. We would definitely rent this property again for a future trip to Ashville.

Loved it!

Enjoyed our two night stay at this well appointed rental. Spacious, clean, comfortable, lots of hot water for a shower, close enough to walk places. Halloween treat on the counter was a sweet gesture. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.

The flat is updated, spacious, very clean, and convenient to all Asheville has to offer. The little “extra touches” made us feel welcomed. We would definitely book at River Row Flats again.

Great Spot

My wife and I came into town to see a concert at Salvage Station. The unit was extremely close to the venue and other fun things to do around town. We will hopefully be back here soon!

Great escape

My husband and I enjoyed staying at River Road Flats.The condo itself was very clean,spacious and efficient with nice furnishings. Nice bed, linens,and fluffy towels. The convenience to everything was very nice also, right across the street from New Belgium brewery and the walking paths along the French Broad River. You could also walk or take a shuttle to the River Arts District where you could spend a whole day browsing,eating and drinking. What more could you ask for? Nancy, the manager was very quick to respond to a slight problem that we had and took care of it right away. We really enjoyed our week here and would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Asheville.

Destination Wedding an exceptional stay!

My daughter was getting married and my husband and I wanted to stay on the West side of Asheville. River Row Flats was perfect. The condo unit was in walking distance to get coffee in the morning; we could wash to New Belgium Brewery; and we could walk to the White Duck Taco Shop. The Property Manager. Nancy was awesome, her customer service was exceptional. We lost not only our truck key one the day we were to leave and had to call a locksmith, but also lost house keys… ugh. We were only 73 miles away and Nancy contacted us with fantastic news, not only were the house keys found, the truck was also found. We turned around and went back for the keys. Nancy again thank you for your hospitality. Tracy and Jerry

Clean but very noisy

The property was very clean. The mattress was very comfortable but the bed squeaked loudly if i needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night waking my husband up. We ran a fan and white noise machine and the street traffic was so loud during the night. Internet connectivity problems to the tv must be a known problem because there was a whole information sheet below the tv of how to troubleshoot. Despite following the info, the tv never connected to the internet. The ceilings are paper thin. It sounded like a herd of elephants walking starting at 6am each morning. Between the street noise, bed squeaking, and early wake up from upstairs guests, we didn't get much sleep.

Another great stay at River Row Flats

This is our second time staying here. It is the best location, best amenities and price, especially for dog owners. Everything is clean and the check in process is super easy. The only unfortunate aspect that is unfixable is if you have noisy neighbors upstairs past 10pm, or just in general the walls are thin, but we were out exploring Asheville more than being at the condo so it wasn’t that big of a deal for us.

Why they chose this property

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
