A really impressive home to take the family for a holiday. The villa is nicely laid out, clean, well maintained and in a lovely private setting. The rental company Domus were also very nice and friendly to deal with which helped make our holiday hassle free. The swimming pool was fantastic and it didn’t matter at all that it wasn’t heated. I guess the only slight negative is that you need to get in the car to visit any amenities, that said the views are amazing and well worth any drive.

Lake Garda villa

Our stay was excellent at this property. We had plenty of room for everyone and it worked well with the pool on a lower level. The pool was a great size too. The large balcony was also wonerful to relax and watch the comings and goings on the lake. We were a family of 4 with 2 grandparents and it worked well. for us. Highly recommend this villa.

Family holiday to lake Garda

The check in process had great instructions and superb responsive support from Domus. The accommodation is set with a spectacular view allowing great breakfast sunrises and evening drinks sunsets. The pool was excellent and there were even a variety of pool play items and comfy loungers. The air conditioning throughout was most welcome as it was 35+C every day we there. There was excellent wifi although it doesn’t reach the ground floor bedrooms. Overall we would recommend the property as a great place for families to stay

Stunning!

Stunning views from a beautiful villa! The balcony area and pool area are amazing. The four bedrooms were all comfortable. Great communication with the rental management company. We loved our stay here and would love to return. Thank you for the great service. A couple, very minor suggestions for the kitchen: paper towels and salt/pepper. Also, a shelf in the shower at the end of the hall would be helpful for guests using that shower.

Thanks Whitney for the tips. Since after the Covid period we have preferred not to leave food that may have been in contact with people from different families. Therefore, after each check out everything is eliminated and sanitized

Wonderful holiday at Villa Sybille

We loved this villa. It has excellent accommodation for up to eight people, stunning views and a gorgeous swimming pool. The villa was spotless and had plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment to cook for a party of up to eight people. We will certainly return if we decide to come to Lake Garda again. All in all it was an absolutely first class experience. The directions to find the villa gave a good impression of where it is situated but we didn't see that it specifically said it was off the lakeside road between Torri and Garda. We initially followed the directions given by the map on the app for the villa and were taken to completely the wrong place. This could be made clearer. It would also be good if in the description of the villa it could be made clear that there are two steep staircases, one inside the villa and one leading down to the pool. Neither of these has a bannister or railing and so they are quite difficult for anyone with a disability or mobility issues. We had a couple of issues with the awning that shades the terrace alongside the pool. It is very low at the edge beside the pool and each one of us banged our head against it at least once. Thankfully there was no serious injury but people should be made aware of this.

Traumurlaub am Gardasee

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen fantastischen Urlaub in dieser schönen Residenz oberhalb des Gardasees. Man hat von der sehr großen überdachten Terrasse des OG wie auch von der unteren und dem Infinity Pool einen herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Haus ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien großzügig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir werden hier sehr gerne nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen. Auch die Betreuung vom Domus Rental Team war exzellent und sie haben uns immer schnell und kompetent geholfen. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt super zufrieden und können diesen Anbieter und diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Im OG fällt der Wohnzimmerbereich etwas klein aus (eine bequeme rote 3er Couch) aber dafür sind die Essbereiche drinnen und draußen schön groß. Außerdem gibt es im EG einen separaten großen Loungebereich, wo man bequem chillen und kühle Getränke aus dem 2. großen Kühl-Gefrierschrank mit Blick über den Pool auf den Gardasee genießen kann.

Einfach großartig

Tolles Haus mit unglaublichem Blick über den Gardasee und wunderbarem Pool. Nur Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein: So fehlten ausreichend Geschirrtücher und die Spülmaschine bedarf einer Überholung oder gar Austausch, da sie nicht sauber wäscht. Ansonsten top Haus für höchste Ansprüche, was bei dem Preis allerdings zu erwarten sein durfte. 5 Sterne

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Villa Sybille liegt im Hang über dem Gardasee und bietet von der Terrasse einen traumhaften Blick auf denselben. Alle Zimmer und Bäder sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Villa mit Seeblick in der Natur

Sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht mit tollem Pool. Dabei ruhig in der Natur gelegen. Wifi Verbindung im unteren Geschoss ist nicht gut. Das Einfahrttor war nicht abschliessbar. Etwas Baulärm, aber im Rahmen.

Un VRAI coin de Paradis

Après l'année que nous avons passé, les vacances que nous avons passé dans cette magnifique région ont été un grand moment de bonheur. Villa bellissima, comoda in tutti i servizi, bellissima piscina posizionata benissimo, vista mozzafiato sul lago, uscire diventa veramente superfluo Francamente trovo difficile dare un consiglio, se proprio cerchiamo il pelo nell'uovo quell'ultimo tratto di strada che porta alla villa un pò sconnesso

You will never tire of the View

The accommodation is ideal for 6 people. Pool is excellent and the pool room is ideal for days by the pool. Having a fridge/freezer in this room is brilliant. The balcony is the highlight. We loved being there in the evenings at sunset time for our meals. Fridge upstairs has no ice compartment which meant long walk to get ice downstairs.

Perfect stay in fabulous house

We stayed in this great house for 10 days, 7 of which with a group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The pictures were already stunning, but almost don’t do it justice. All,the rooms, bed and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable and the beds are good.Focal point of the house is the amazing terrace upstairs, which offers the best view imaginable of the Garda Lake. We spent many happy hours here, never 1 minute bored of the spectacular views. The teenagers were happy to hang at the poolside, there is so much space for everybody here. The house is situated in a gated community, the gate is entered at lake-level and then follows a steep road up the hill. This would be a strenuous hike by foot, so the house isn’t really on walking distance from anywhere, it would be good to take that into account. You really need a car to get around, which in high season can be a challenge, as the area is quite congested. We were very happy with the services of Domus rental, who have been very quick to respond to our questions and requests, and speak very good English. Although it would have been good to know about having to pay tourist tax in advance. This came as a bit of a surprise to us, and had to be left in cash. The only issues we had during our stay revolved around the faulty electricity, which seems to be not sufficient to service a house of this size. The strength of the WiFi signal could also be improved upon, but who needs WiFi when you have a view like that.....
