The condo and location were perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool at the complex was great on the afternoons after we spent the mornings out exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed all the extras with swim towels and beach chairs. Everything about the experience was perfect and can’t wait to return. The host was great to work with.

Locating how to access the property was a bit of a challenge, but once we figured out the maze, we were good. It was a great 2BD floor plan with the 2 Bathrooms was a plus. Needs minor TLC here and there, but nothing major. I'd rate it 8/10.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was excellent, just a seven minute walk from the door to Kam 1 beach, a four minute walk to Kihei Caffe where we had delicious food and a coffee stand on the outside if that’s all you needed, and a three minute drive to the Maui Garden food trucks. Just incase it affects your decision in any way, the beds and pillows are quite firm, so sleeping on your side is not comfortable. The pictures on VRBO represent the apartment very well. I also loved having a code entry door, not needing a key was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and never found it busy at the end of the day when we were there.

Our host was so helpful with the process. The property was very charming and the decor was beautiful. It really gave you that beach house feel. We enjoyed the pool and ability to use the bbq grill. In the The attention to detail made our stay so welcoming with soaps, detergent and plenty of beach towels and regular towels. The place itself had so many useful vacation items that included chairs, umbrella, sand toys, games, sunscreen and more. We had an amazing time. We would definitely reccomend a stay here and can't wait to come back.

Overall, the place was great. Good Location, very good amenities, especially all the beach stuff, including boogie boards and chairs. Everything we needed for a stayThe only challenge was that the pull-out sofa was broken, and we were not notified about this prior to arriving. We had to readjust by sleeping on the couch, and we had a grumpy individual, but we made do.

Did you use the sofa that has the handle on the back per the included check in instructions? I am unaware of that pull out sofa having any issues. I will check with my cleaning lady to ensure there is no problem with that sleeper.

The condo was ok, a bit outdated. We couldn’t open the fridge door all the way due to the stack washer/dryer. To reach the dryer dials/buttons, I needed a tall person or step stool. The complex has an elevator but our building had 1/2 floors- meaning sure your condo is on the 2nd floor and the elevator goes there but to reach the condo you had to climb a set of stairs. Very close to the beach, restaurants and some shops. Overall not bad

This is an excellent value for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The kitchen is well stocked and there is ample amount of towels (bath and beach), beach chairs, umbrellas, boggy boards, and other items to support adults and families with children.

Perfect location. Big enough for a party of 5. Had one person in a wheelchair, but she was able to take the elevator two floors and then walk up the stairs (about 8 steps). Easy check in. Room had almost everything you could possibly need for the beach and for the room. Fully stocked kitchen and so quiet. A/C was nice. Would love to stay again.

Seamless communication from the owner, with simple check in and check out processes. Great location, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed including kitchen supplies and beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and ice packs already in the freezer, plus body boards! Kids loved the pool and the hot tub is nice. The grill near the pool - with plenty of table space - made it easy to make food while the kids played. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The complex is quiet, it is very clean and the host communicated well. The instructions were clear and we had easy check in and check out. It’s right across the road from a beautiful beach and with the later 11 am checkout time we were able to play at the beach in the morning, shower and then check out on time. Plenty of food/stores close by including a food truck park right down the road. Very happy with our stay!
The extra touches were wonderful! They had beach gear, kids toys and tons of extras in the closest! Loved the special touches in the bathrooms!
