Ideally placed in the heart of Capbreton. Nice and comfortable apartment of 40m2, with a mezzanine of 6m2 on the 1st floor of a small condominium.
Very bright, composed of a separate bedroom with a 140X190 double bed, a living room with a sofa bed with quality mattress, and a mezzanine also equipped with a mattress. Equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster) open to living room.
Close to shops (supermarket, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, 1 minute on foot), market, port and pedestrian street (300 meters).
Cycle and pedestrian paths, free shuttles during the season serving the beaches (stop about 100m).
Motorway access in 5 min to discover the Basque Country and Spain.
Private parking space and space for bikes.
Within 2kms, you will discover magnificent beaches of fine sand, the port and its daily sale of fish, the famous Estacade dating from 1858.

Location pour un couple et deux enfants

Appartement clair et agréable,bien situé,proche du Supermarché .Malgré un temps glacial pour un mois de Novembre,le chauffage électrique nous a permis de passer un séjour confortable .Propriétaire sympathique.

Très bon séjour

Au delà de l'attrait pour la ville de Capbreton, nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans cet appartement. Il est très bien placé. A 2 minutes à pied, il y a un supermarché, boulangerie et autres petits commerces. De plus, l'accès à vélos y est très facile. L'intérieur de l'appartement est très agréable avec sa décoration actuelle et il est pratique pour 1 couple avec 2 adolescents puisqu'il y a tout le nécessaire. De plus, la propriétaire est très sympa et disponible pour toutes questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un séjour au delà de mes espérances !

C’est avec un sourire authentique que Sabrina vous accueillera dans ce beau pays où la Nature est Reine. L’appartement est très frais, spacieux, lumineux et très bien situé ( à équidistance des super marchés et du cœur de Capbreton ). Vous n’aurez qu’à enfourcher votre vélo pour vous rendre aux magnifiques plages en 10 minutes, ce qui est parfait pour y faire une remise en forme avec deux aller-retours dans la journée. Ce superbe appartement est intelligemment équipé ( mise en place dans la cuisine, literie agréable et véritablement confortable ) et vraiment pratique. Tout a été fait pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous dès votre arrivée. Déco épurée et stylée, possibilité d´aérer les pièces et d’être au frais en fin de journée. Ce qui est hautement appréciable ! Prenez soin de vous mais aussi et surtout de l´appartement car j’y retournerai sans hésitation ! Bon séjour !
