Lakeside Retreat

3 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, and laundry facilities house located within walking or biking distance to the heart of Caseville. A Great view of firework festivities and break wall from the beach. The house is not directly on the water but located on water side of M-25 about 75 yards to the water. Spacious parking for multiple vehicles. Patio table set and gas grill available. The house has room for 8 guests and is fully furnished.

The house is a perfect getaway being close to shopping and restaurants downtown. When you don't want the hustle and bustle of town you can go back to the house to relax in front of the fire or sit on the 3 seasons porch.

Perfect location to town and the water

It’s hard to find places that fit a large family, this one fit our family perfectly. The water is a very short walk, and the beech is great! We had no complaints about anything and if we go back to the area next year, we’ll be staying here!

Perfect beach getaway

Everything was clean, convenient, and all amenities were included! It was the perfect beach getaway for the 2 of us, but the property could have easily accommodated out 4 kids as well. Location is great, and there is a sand bar on the beach that goes out a couple hundred yards off shore…overall we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great family cottage

Loved the location of the very cute family cottage. Just a few steps to beach. Very clean. Nice sized kitchen and living room! Would for sure rent again!! Great memories were made!

Very clean and welcoming.

Check in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive to my questions. The house itself was very very clean and it had everything you needed to cook a family dinner. The beach is only a very short walk away and the water was lovely.

A real beauty!

The place was exceptionally clean. The decor was very pretty and friendly. Beach and water theme were very appropriate. Plenty of space 6-8 people. There were four of us, and so it seemed very roomy. Beach just a short walk back down to the lake. Caseville is a very friendly town too.

Keys???

Description of the house and beach was right on. We settled in nicely with our grandchildren. We were given 1 key. For most of our stay we only locked the side door but assumed the key would fit both doors. I recommend that if you only give a key to one door you notify the renter of that fact or hide a key on the premises so we don't have to wait an hour to get back in if we accidently lock the other door. We had a 3 yr old with us who also could easily have locked us out. It may not seem like much to you but it really put a damper on our trip.

Perfect for us!

The property is easy to find, super clean and the perfect size! The bedrooms get a little stuffy, but they had fans available for us to use to help with that. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone!

The cottage was as shown on VRBO site. The owner (Krista) was very helpful and easy to work with. She responded quickly to all texts and questions. The cottage was very clean.

My husband Nick and I are local resident's. We are located just outside of Caseville on our families 200 cow dairy farm. When we have time we like to enjoy our beach houses with our friends and family. We have 2 kids, Owen and Payton.

I work at our local hospital as a Physical Therapist Assistant, while my husband runs the family farm.
