Great location

The location is excellent, on the beach, and close to amenities. You do need to be mindful of the steps around the property as they are very uneven. The property has everything you need for a great holiday.

Perfect location.

This apartment and location are just perfect. Stayed here with my wife, my son and his girlfriend. The apartment overlooks the beach and is ideally located for local bars and restaurants. We would love to return. Great communication with the owner when we needed help with some minor issues

What a wonderful place!

This has been an extremely great vacation for us. The location of the place was incredible, just on the beach. There were minor (and they were really minor) problems in the house during our stay, but Barbara got them fixed nicely for us. Even though it was right on the beach it was still nice an quite. I would diffidently recommend this place. It is a must try.

Super location

Apartment was in a great location with super views of the sandy Bay and turquoise water and within secure private area. 5 min walk from bars, restaurants and shops. Plenty of space and lovely terrace with seating area. There is a private pool on site but it's fairly deep at 2.4m which I didn't expect so not suitable for non swimmers.

Great location for young family

We stayed here with two young children (5 and 2). The property is in a superb location for access to the beach with views across bay with a lovely terrace to eat on while enjoying the view. The property itself was clean, spacious and located in a nice gated community. It was a little rough round the edges in places, sofa seen better days, flooring in kitchen a little tired and showers seen better days but it was great for what it is. Host was great, allowed us access early so we could dump our bags and sort the kids out. Air con was very good and essential in the heat we had.

Amazing location

We stayed two adults and two teenagers in the apartment for 11 days in September 2023 and we enjoyed every moment. The location is fantastic as you can go swim in the sea and go back to the terrasse and enjoy the view and the sun. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you would need for a good stay. You don't even have to bring beach towels. The place was very clean and tidy. The pool area is nice and quiet and was never overcrowded during our stay. Barbara was always very helpful if we had any questions and needs. We will for sure come back next year.

Perfect position by the beach

We were delighted by our stay at this property. It's the best position on the beach - gorgeous views, steps to the sand, yet private and comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and the layout provides for maximum privacy. Air conditioning was welcome in the unusually hot June weather. There is a supermarket a five min drive away, small markets even closer. We ate breakfast and lunch on the patio watching the beach fill in and the boats anchor offshore. At night we were spoiled for choice within walking distance for dinner and drinks in Cala D'Or. Very highly recommended - Book it if it's open - you won't regret it! (A few tips: watch where you park on the street and avoid the spots where the pigeons roost. And make sure you try the fresh fruit from the singing beach vendor. )

Alles super! Die "nur" 4 Sterne Sauberkeit sind nicht auf die Sauberkeit der Wohnung bezogen, sondern darauf, daß Sofa und Sitzkissen für die Terasse wirklich schon in die Jahre gekommen sind ....

Check in process at property was abit difficult as the keys themselves were in a lockbox on the entry at the main road not the lockbox at the property door. However a quick phone call resolved this. Might be handy just to let people know ahead of time. We have two small babies and asked Barbara to extend the timings on the aircon so they could nap in a cooler environment. This was done as soon as we asked. The house was super clean and comfy beds. The view was gorgeous with spacious balcony steps away from the sand. At night we fell asleep listening to the waves so clearly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Barbara

Amazing holiday

This bungalow is the absolute perfect place to stay in Cala dor! The bungalow itself is super clean, modern and just the most amazing location right on the beach! I certainly miss waking up to the view of beach and sea every morning. The host was lovely and responded to all our needs. We love cala dor and for families it is the Perfect place to visit. I would most definitely stay at this bungalow again! 5 stars all the way

Ordentliches Objekt in Toplage 30 m leicht oberhalb von Strand und Meer

App. liegt in einer Anlage in erster Reihe nur wenige Meter von Strand/ Meer der Bucht Cala Gran in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums von Cala d`Or. Insgesamt gepflegtes Objekt, allerdings mit nicht sehr hochwertigem Interieur im Wohnbereich und völlig. durchgesessener Couch. Die beiden Bäder sind auch erneuerungswürdig und dann sollte man z.G. von richtigen Duschen auf die unappetlichen Miniwannen verzichten. Ein zweites TV in einem der Schlafzimmer wäre schön, Halterung und Anschlüsse sind vorhanden!
