El acceso a este piso de la planta baja se encuentra a pocos pasos del nivel de la calle. El piso en sí está en un solo nivel.
Piso todo recién hecho con caldera de gas, calefacción central eficiente con ventanas de doble acristalamiento.
Muy conveniente para tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público. Cerca del tubo Fulham Broadway y West Brompton y del ferrocarril terrestre. Cerca de Earls Court y Olympia.
Acceso desde Gatwick en tren hasta el cruce de Clapham, luego 2 paradas en tren subterráneo hasta West Brompton y luego una corta caminata. Parada de autobús fácil en Lillie Road está a pocos pasos de distancia. Some good some not so good

Very excited to be staying in an area my grandma had lived, which I know to be safe and very accessible but a bit out of the Uber bustle. The property is as listed and things we enjoyed were the eat in kitchen and walled garden with full wall opening windows. Kitchen was well stocked. Amenities were as listed. Shower was powerfulThe not so good: The previous guests had left stuff including some smelly clothes There were outdated condiments in the fridge The whole place really needs a deep clean We had issues with the stove as the previous guests had switched it off at some random switchLinens and towels are a bit old Overall we enjoyed our stay and the space worked for us. The place needs some new cushions, linens and towels and the cleanliness is far lower than hoped.

Good location, however we felt the overall condition of the flat left a lot to be desired.The 2 couches were well-worn with flat and stained cushions. The bathroom has an extremely small counter and decorative flowers that haven't been cleaned in a long time with lots of dust, plus there was hair on the shower wall and in the tub before we used it that needed to be cleaned. There was cobwebs and dust all around the flat as well.The dining table had spots and sticky areas that needed to be wiped before we could use it. There was a large cowhide rug in the sitting area near the couches that we folded up and put aside because it was so worn out, dirty and gross.The overhead lights took several days to figure out how to use and some were out and needed to have new light bulbs.We found dirty knives in the silverware drawer, so we avoided using the silverware as much as possible.The picture of the outside is a bit misleading since the flat is the lower floor downstairs and not the one up the stairs from the street. A better angle could have been used to clear that up a bit.Overall, this would have been more pleasant if some deep cleaning was done, plus replacing some of the furniture.

We enjoyed our stay. The patio garden was beautiful and the property was easy to access. We enjoyed the neighborhood as it was a comfortable home base for our tours of London’s sights. The host was helpful in getting us into the property after an long overnight flight from US.

Nice stay in London

Location is excellent, short walk from tube, and all kinds of useful shops and places to eat close at hand including supermarkets. The flat was comfortable, had a few minor issues with lights and bathroom tiles but owner had told us, so no issue. Outdoor space was nice to have with large sliding doors. Top kids bunk was fine, lower one was a bit closed in for my kids liking but there was a separate fold up bed which was used instead. Washer and dryer a huge plus when travelling with family.

Beautiful apartment in nice commercial area

As we were stuck with no apartment following a really bad experience that same day in Kensington with another apartment (which was a case of fraud by false representation), these owners saved us by facilitating a smooth move over to their apartment. The apartment was huge, clean and well disposed, with endless amenities,cozy beds and a modern kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful, private, outdoor terrace was a joy. Communication with owner was great despite our last minute booking! About 10 minutes from 2 tube stations. And busses run at street corner. Apartment is about 10 meters from a busy commercial street with Iceland, MCDONALD'S and Poundland within 30 seconds distance. The only downside is the busy street itself and the noise at night, especially on a Saturday night, otherwise, a quiet stay.

This place is a trash dump! Avoid it like the plague!

This place is a complete and utter disappointment! This is a list of our experience: There was no hot water the last two days of our stay. The pillows on the couch were water/sweat stained. There were cobwebs at the entrance, on the inside of the door to the unit, and on the inside of door to the patio. There was a piece of tile missing on the bath tub and a small piece of plywood was screwed in its place. There was a red rust colored stain that ran down the wall along the outside of the bathtub. The backsplash behind the bathroom sink was not clean, it contained soap and toothpaste splattering's. The bed pillows were so used that we needed to double them up. There was dirt along the baseboards in the bedroom. The floor to the unit was faded, worn and dirty. Someone left a can of Pepsi in the freezer that exploded and frozen soda pooled in the freezer. And now . . . VRBO will not stand by it's product and provide a refund because we did not call upon check in. Which we would have done, but my wife's cell phone did not work. This owner owes every renter a refund and should never be allowed to rent again. In case you do not believe me, we have photos. We were very disappointed. Just go and rent from someone else.

Cluttered and quite dirty. The cleaning fee charged is obviously not being spent on cleaners! This place was very dirty. The appliances , cabinet doors etc were covered in a layer of grime. The bathroom was filthy. There was mold on the shower and the toilet base was disgusting. The fridge was also dirty with random items left inside. The freezer was full of ice and needed to be defrosted Sofas were soiled and have seen better days. Linens and towels were gray and very worn. Overall super disappointed in this flat. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very comfy and quiet spot! Host was excellent and there was plenty to see and do right outside the flat. It was clean and the outdoor courtyard gave us ample privacy in the midst of a busy London neighborhood.

Great place!

We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys— stayed for 4 days sightseeing all day long and this flat was perfect. Less than 10 minutes to the nearest tube, little food markets all around, and the flat is exactly as pictured/described. We loved the outdoor patio and used it every morning and evening. Linens were all clean and beds were comfortable. Tanya was always quick to respond and helped with little questions we had. Lovely experience, would highly recommend.

Perfect accomodation

The property was exactly how it was described, fantastic location and very clean and tidy which made it very welcoming from the moment we arrived. We as a family couldn't have asked for anymore, we were very happy with everything. We would highly recommend this property and we'd definitely stay here again.

L’appartement est agréable Le lit superposé est dans la salle de séjour mais avec la fatigue de nos visites de Londres dans la journée cela ne nous a pas gêné. Proche métro et toutes commodités. Épicerie ouverte jusqu’à 21h/supermarché de proximité/boucherie halal/fast food à moins de 100m de la location. Adresse recommandée

Tolle Wohnung mit Londonflair in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut erreichbar zum Flughafen Heathrow und auch zur Innenstadt und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Busse und Underground fußläufig, Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, direkt um die Ecke. Auch Restaurants und Takeaways sind direkt in der Northend Road zahlreich vorhanden. Kontakt, Check in und Kommunikation waren freundlich und unkompliziert.

Perfect Place for our Family of Four

This property was a perfect place for us and our two small children. The host communication was great and check in was very simple. The location is next to many good restaurants and markets. Westminster is a short metro trip away. I strongly recommend staying here.

Great vacation

My husband and I have stayed here before and I'm glad we stayed here again. Fulham Broadway is the perfect location. It's just far enough outside of Central London that you're not overwhelmed with the crowds; yet, close enough that you can see all the hot spots within minutes. I would stay here again.

Great neighborhood location close to Underground

Spacious flat close to underground station with easy check in process. The owner provided toiletries, laundry, and fans- everything we needed. The flat could definitely use a deep clean, but otherwise we had no complaints.

We found this at auction and was ripe for a total redevelopment.We spent 6 months rebuilding it.It is in a very convenient location with great access to tube and railway.Easy access to both Gatwick and Heathrow

Central location.Excellent transport links by both bus and tube. Very light and sunny as facing south. Fabulous market most days nearby with fruit and vegetables.
