On the ground floor is the 30 sqm large living room with armchairs, wood stove, satellite TV, desk, dining table, four chairs and kitchen with gas stove with four burners, microwave oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and various appliances. You enter the hallway of the upper floor with a wooden staircase. Here there are a bathroom with window, shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a large room with window (darkened), which overlooks the beautiful pool and the hill where stands the medieval castle of Poppi. The room has a fireplace, a double bed and a single bed.

For the exclusive use of the guests there is the large garden with a playground for children, table football, barbecue, table top, opportunity to seize spices for tasty barbecue, big trees to enjoy the shade and cool if desired in the days warmer.
