The lagoon is the highlight. Manatees are more active in the am but can spot in the evening as well, paddle boarding, and all the water toys are great. Central to everything we wanted to do. Hot tub was really nice with jets to sooth the body after a day out. Having the golf cart made it easy to go to breakfast at the Hideout and check out local neighborhood. House was well stocked.

Great stay-would most definitely recommend. Only thing I can suggest is maybe more than one set of towels for the entire stay. Our internet connection was really slow so I had a hard time getting timely messages from the owner. In the ad it claimed there would be some sodas on arrival which there wasn't. That's ok though-we probably wouldn't have had them anyway but it is worth noting. Thanks for a great stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood, great location.

We had a great family holiday getaway. The house was as advertised. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and playing cards outside at the tiki hut. We saw manatees several of the mornings sunning themselves just off the dock. The location was great for doing activities around key largo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I have been boating, fishing, lobstering, biking, swimming, snorkeling and sun bathing in the beautiful clear waters of the Florida Keys ever since I was a young kid. Always dreamed of owning a waterfront home. When I saw the dancing palm trees and the serene lagoon with gentle manatees swimming behind this home I knew I had found a little piece of paradise here! A diamond in the rough, that just needed some TLC remodeling and polishing for my, and your peaceful enjoyment!

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location, 25 minutes from the main land. Next door to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where you can snorkel The Underwater Christ! Swim with the Dolphins @ Dolphins Plus. Take a glass bottom boat tour, book a diving or fishing charter, or just use the complimentary bikes, paddle boards or kayaks. Afterwards, relax and listen to music in the outside jacuzzi. Enjoy palm tree breezes, as you nap under the Tiki Hut hammock. Want to stay indoors? Chilax with the comfy home entertainment system, jetted tub and a game of pool. If you want to enjoy an evening out on the town, you are walking distance from popular and local restaurants, bars and shops. Just come as you are to the Florida Keys and have a Sunkissed stay!
