We value our gated community with patrolling security and guard-gate for our guest's protection. Please be advised that only TWO(2) vehicles will be permitted with this rental. The guard gate will also enforce maximum occupancy and vehicle restrictions. THERE IS A CLUB AMENITIES FEE OF $95.00 TO BE PAID WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER AT GUARD GATE UPON ARRIVAL, MADE OUT TO- MARINERS CLUB HOA.
This home does NOT include dockage. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA at info@MarinersClubMarina.com. or by calling 305-853-9777. Trailer storage and lift/launch services are not provided to guests. If you require those services and/or additional parking, we suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club. Additional costs apply.
