Esta moderna villa (completamente renovada en 2015) está a 450 m de una de las zonas de playa más populares de Marbella. La villa cuenta con 5 habitaciones en un gran terreno de 1300 m², donde encontrará sol y sombra. Hay una gran área de juegos para los niños. Toda la casa ha sido completamente renovada y está equipada a los más altos estándares. El jardín privado ofrece una piscina, una barbacoa, una terraza grande y un área de estacionamiento para los vehículos en la calles, justo afuera de la casa.

La villa se ubica en Las Chapas, una de las playas más populares de Marbella. La playa cuenta con fácil acceso mediante tranquilas calles sin intersecciones. El área ofrece una gran cantidad de restaurantes recomendados, muy cerca de la casa muchos de estos están en la playa. Restaurant Club 200, Rama y El Rancho están ubicados unos 700 m. El famoso Nikki Beach y muchos otros restaurantes se encuentran 1,5 km.

Sobre el área:
Marbesa es una zona playera ubicada entre Elviria y Cabopino. Son ambientes relajantes y sus entornos de naturaleza opulenta. Marbesa es bien conocida por su organización y la comunidad eficaz de propietarios. La zona es bien mantenida y las calles rumbo a la playa tienen aceras y mucha naturaleza fronteriza. La pintoresca marina de Cabopino es fácilmente alcanzable tras una caminata de 15 min en la playa.

Mientras camina hacia N 340 encontrará al restaurante Rancho grill que es bien conocido por sus bistecs y parrilla mixta. El escenario es íntimo y el servicio es amigable. La carne es fabulosa y el Rancho es una opción buena para una velada agradable.

Al lado del mismo hay restaurantes más pequeños y cafeterías alrededor de Marbesa.

Se puede disfrutar de actividades acuáticos en playa Cabopino o en playa don Carlos / Nikki.

Hay 2 supermercados cerca del camping a 5 minutos de la casa caminando. Encontrará supermercados más grandes en Elviria a unos km en coche. Es fácil conseguir un taxi, si se necesitara. El Opencor es otro supermercado en el área y abre 18 horas al día, los 365 días del año. Está ubicado a 900 m de la casa. Se puede hacer compras también en Elviria, en la cercanía.

La ciudad de Marbella está a aproximadamente 10 minutos de la villa, mientras que el complejo vacacional de Puerto Banús está a unos 15 minutos de distancia.

La villa y la ubicación son perfectas para una a tres familias. La villa ha sido totalmente renovada durante el 2015.

Don't stay here-waste of £££

We were 2 couples with 2 babies & upon arrival quite excited to get to the villa. We were met upon arrival and all very pleasant but that was as good as it got. The toilet didn't work, light bulbs were missing outside which meant we couldn't see when barbecuing. Told the maintenance guy but he was unable to fix. And then LOADS OF MOSQUITOS so we were bitten to smithereens. Next morning, awoke to loud building work as the villa opposite had started a massive renovation so we had to leave the property everyday as too noisy. The swimming pool is also not heated & freezing so our babies couldn't go in there. All in all, a waste of money & highly overpriced.

Bora Bora 1st week August

We were a party of eight adults, one child aged 7 and two children aged under two. High chairs and cots were all supplied. The villa entrance was via a side gate but you had to walk over crazy paving that was uneven and dangerous in the dark, the outdoor lighting was poor with many of the lights not working especially around the pool, the area around the pool had broken sunbeds, we had enough beds though some are passed there best, there was no parasols also. The pool was cleaned on our first full day at the villa, it was always at a nice temperature for the children. The garden was well kept, but most of it, is on a slope, other patio area has seating but all were in poor condition and were not used. The inside was very clean and spacious, most rooms have air conditioning, we had one issue with a unit but Christer came and fixed same day. Two of the rooms have spa hot tubs, these do not work and two couples were very disappointed, Christer said they have not worked for some time. There was plenty of wardrobe space in the rooms, but no mirrors, the only mirror apart from the bathrooms was in the hallway, so all the ladies had to take turns to dry their hair. We felt very secure in the villa, it is well alarmed with many security Cameras, the alarms were set off one night in error and Christer was on the phone almost immediately to check all was well. The villa is located in a very quiet area and we had no disturbances. To summarise we had a good family holiday at the villa because we did not want to let things that were not right spoil our holiday, but on reflection it is over priced especially as everything was not as advertised, some only small things I know but when you are paying so much you want everything to be perfect.

Great location, run down unlike photos with building work next door

Worn out overall. Most disappointing are the worst beds and bedding I've ever had, small double ikea bed hard as nails with 2 single duvet covers in bed 2 and 2 single beds pushed together with the same strange bedding in bed 1 and no proper pillows. All very odd, not what you expect for a rental of this price and from the photos. Property for 10 people has sofa space for just about 5 people to sit down. Building work next door was intrusive and noisy, not relaxing and an early wake up call. However upside was the nice location.

Beautiful modern villa, very spacious and child friendly

The villa is located in beautiful surroundings with a heated pool and plenty of places to sit, relax, eat & drink! The villa is on one level which was perfect for us with small children. Location was 10 minute walk to the beach, shops & bars. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Wow , what a beautiful villa.

We were collected and welcolmed by Christer from the airport, he drove us to the door and explained the security arrangements, keys etc - what a lovely guy recommended and booked us a restaurant and was on hand if we ever need him. A amazing villa, clean, spacious and very glamourous, it has every thing you need for a group or family, lovely pool and grounds and 5-10 minutes from the beach, supermarket, restaurants. Was walcolmed with lovely fruit and champers and some basic kitchen essentials, towels and bath towels. Probally suited in the off season for the quieter stay but only a taxi ride from the lively areas. We will be going back as it is well worth the reasonable cost for the beautiful place. Thanks for looking after us and letting us relax and celebrate in BoraBora.

Nice villa in very good location

Nice villa in very good location and friendly communication + service. Villa's owner has a agent - Christer, who met us at the villa and who made our stay in the villa very pleasant. He was always just a phone call away. He gave us a lot of information about the villa and all the services in the area around the villa. Villa itself was really nice and there was plenty of space for 8 kids + 6 adults. Garden around the house was also well maintained and kids enjoyed it a lot - playing around and swimming in the pool. Thank you Christer and thank you Jerker for nice holiday in Spain! I hope we can come again some day.

Excellent place to stay

Disappointing-over priced

On arrival at the villa we were met by Christer who was extremely pleasant and helpful. First impressions of the villa were ok, but after Christer left and we looked around we were very disappointed. Parking outside was on a dusty, dirty waste ground area to the side of the villa and every time you had to get into the car you ended up with dirty shoes and feet. Entry to the villa was via the side of the side of the property over broken and uneven paving's which were hazardous at night as outside lighting to that area is inadequate. Access to front of the villa via the gates shown on the photos was impossible as they were rotten and un-useable. The outside of the villa wasn't well maintained and needed sweeping and tidying, four broken sunbeds were reported to Christer and two of these were fixed by a maintenance man the following day which was appreciated. Other bits of garden furniture on the lower patio were broken and not able to be used. Pool shower didn't work and the pool was dirty and needed a good clean. Gas barbecue on the main patio was dirty, gas burner was rotten and again we were not able to use this, awning to patio was dirty, mouldy and needs replacing or cleaning. Main oven in the kitchen was not secured in the housing and was hazardous and would suggest this needs attention as soon as possible. Overall the villa is generally tired and needs updating, especially in outdoor areas and would suggest the photographs on the web site require updating as they are misleading. This could be a lovely holiday villa but, unfortunately as it is presented at the moment, very disappointing for the money paid. On a more positive note, Christer was very helpful and could not fault him at all and indoor areas were very clean.

A great space and nice villa but could use a little love.

We stayed here with a group of 6 adults + 1 toddler. Both Jerker and Christer were very pleasant to speak with. Christer greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the villa. There was a big bowl of fruits waiting for us when we arrived, which was a very nice touch. The pool was heated and lovely to swim in. There was so much space it was great! We loved the black out blinds in the master bedroom, the beds were comfortable too. There were some ants in the master bathroom but I suppose they're everywhere and hard to avoid. The villa was a little dated and looked like it could use a little love to refresh the space. The outdoor pool area looked like it could use a sweeping and we mentioned that to Christer, it was done the very next day which we appreciated. The wifi is choppy so we didn't get to do any work which wasn't a bad thing. The fountain was lacking a little love, it was dirty and filled with green algae. We had rented a car and there was ample parking but it was on a dirt road which was a nuisance every time we had to get in and out we'd get dirt on our feet and sandals. But all in all, Bora Bora is a nice villa, we had a great time.

Perfekt for en famile med små og store barn

Vi ble godt mottatt av Christer som sammen med Mariann er de som har greie på det meste og ordner opp hvis det er noe. Vi inviterte til fest med 20 voksne og 6 barn og vi leide inn Christer og Mariann via deres cateringfirma - helt perfekt. Store og deilige rom og velfungerende bad. Flott badebasseng og nok solsenger for alle. Deilig spiseplass og kjøkkenet var akkurat passe stort. Litt gamle aircondition på noen av rommene, men fint å ha vinduene åpne i stdenfor (gitter foran alle vinduene). Hyggelig nabolag og kort vei til butikk. Kan anbefales :-)

Amazing stay in a wonderful villa

We were a group of 14 with 6 kids and 2 babies and the villa was more than comfortable for us. The garden is so big and beautiful. The rooms perfect and bathrooms so clean and modern. A lot of sunbathing chairs provided outside around the swimming pool were appreciated. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool with its stairs and especially the garden ! A real paradise. Everything Was so perfect ! The kitchen with all you need to cook amazing meals and also a barbecue outside which was very helpful , the host was so nice and provided baby beds and high chairs for our 2 babies, I really recommend you this villa you will enjoy your holiday much better

A great and relaxing place for the big family

I visited "BoraBora" with my family, my brothers and their families and our parents. In total we were 8 adults and 5 kids ranging from 1 to 4 years old. We all really appreciated the place, the ability to get your own room and bathroom, the walking distance to the beach and most of all just hanging around the pool. For ua the setup was great as we all could stay up playing games together even after the kids gone to bed. Also the service was good. We had not planned to rent any car, but while on site we got the opportunity through the firm to do so which made it easier to do grossery shopping. We can definitely recommend the place.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at bora bora Aug 2016 there were 14 of us

When we arrived we were met at airport by christer and company they were fantastic from that moment until they dropped us back at airport, nothing was too much trouble they gave us lots of information and provided transport when required. The villa was excellent inside and out and suited us all.We were a family of 6 adults and 8 children age range 12 weeks to 17 and we all had fantastic time.We were very comfortable the pool and garden were a great hit with everyone and villa was very well equipped ,we would certainly recommend to others

Paradise.

We stayed at Bora Bora for the last week of March. There were 6 adults & 5 children the youngest being 23 months old. The villa is stunning with all that you require. The grounds are beautiful and were well used, especially on Easter Sunday when we had a great Easter Egg Hunt for the children. The pool was a great hit, it was a little chilly but was well used everyday. Everything we required was in the villa, the kitchen is well equipped, the lounge and dinning area was very comfortable for us all. All the bedrooms are great with lovely comfortable beds, all the bathrooms were fab, the big circular baths were a great hit with the younger children. There are 2 supermarkets 10 minutes walk from the villa and were good. The amazing Rancho's Grill is also a few minutes walk and is definitely worth a visit, the food & service are exceptional. The lovely beach is a short walk. We did not have car and we really didn't need one. We were well and truely looked after by the wonderful Christer, he is AMAZING. We were met at the airport & returned to the airport without any fuss. Nothing is too much trouble, he is very professional, caring, friendly and a FANTASTIC chef. We loved Bora Bora and hope to return soon.

Bora Bora matched all our expectations

The villa was immaculate and provided everything we needed for a family celebration. The location is suberb with a short walk to the beach and some lovely beach restaurants, including the wonderful Nikki Beach. Both the villa and the grounds were incredibly spacious allowing lots of areas to get away from the hussle and bussle of a large gathering. The Manager, Christer, was one of the best I have ever dealt with and did everything he could to make our stay special. Local shops are handy and supermarkets for larger shops very close to the villa. 8 of us stayed at the villa and each one mentioned it was a holiday of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend this villa and will return, Thank you Jerker and Christer.

Marbella week

Stayed one week in this supernice, luxury renovated villa. The bathrooms were very nice and modern as well as the stylish kitchen. The garden with the pool was highly appreciated by the kids. Perfect location with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. All in all a supernice experience and the house owner was very nice guy and could help us with almost anything.

Beautiful refurbished villa. Very pretty gardens great pool well equipped walk to good beach and great restaurants. Pretty and quiet location. Spotlessly clean on arrival would recommend.

Somos una familia sueca que vive en Singapur. A principios del 2014 compramos esta propiedad y la hemos renovado más recientemente. Vivimos en la casa el verano pasado y lo disfrutamos mucho. Tiene muchas ventajas como la piscina climatizada, agua fría del filtro del grifo y una linda iluminación del jardín.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Se ubica en un área tranquila muy cerca de la casa. La casa es grande y ofrece un gran terreno para poder disfrutar, dependiendo de los intereses, juegos de pelota, tomar el sol, leer en la sombra, nadar en la gran piscina. La hermosa área de Marbesa (o Las Chapas) ofrece muchos restaurantes y un maravilloso escenario (calles anchas rodeadas por palmeras).

The house is big built on a big plot. It offers plenty of possibilities to enjoy depending on interest: ballgames, sunbath, reading in the shade, swimming in a large pool and more. The house is well built on one floor. The house offers space for everyone to relax, play or socialise, individually or together, both inside and outside. It has 3 large separate terraces to enjoy, both in the shade and in the sun depending on the time. The villa is located 500 m from the beach.
