Highly recommend this villa!

What a wonderful villa, set in a very quiet residential area. The whole house is well set out and the heated pool became my second home while we stayed. Everything you could need/want is contained in the property. The property management who look after the property are great they responded very quickly to any queries/questions you have. Beautiful beach only few minutes away. Parking for one car next to property.

Super villa proche marbella

Belle maison avec tout le confort avec un grand jardin et belle piscine, le tout juste a côté de la plage et avec tous les commerces a proximité.

Enttäuscht

Das Haus ist ungepflegt und war nicht sauber als wir angekommen sind. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet und egal ob Schränke oder Schubladen alles durcheinander und nicht richtig sauber. Der Backoffen war richtig verdreckt. Das Bad ohne Ablagemöglichkeit, keine Dusche vorhanden...nur Badewanne (alles sehr alt und ungepflegt). Das Bett sehr unbequem ( Matratze ca 14 cm) kaputter Rostlatten, unter dem Bett nicht sauber. Gartenmöbel sehr sehr alt und teilweise kaputt. Die Nachbarschaft sehr laut (Baulärm ohne Ende)...

Nice location but wouldn’t call it wheel chair friendly

Entrance to villa has steps and there is a step down from the lobby to the sitting room. There is no room for movement in the kitchen, master bedroom or bathroom and I don’t think the door frames are wide enough any way to get a wheel chair through. Few health and safety issues, couldn’t find the first aid kit or fire extinguisher and there is no depth marks or 'no diving' sign by the pool. The whole place is tired (I didn’t expect a palace for the money) but there was broken fittings, furniture, stained cushions on the dining room chairs and mouldy sun lounger cushions. The only comfortable seating was the sofa. Television contract had expired so couldn’t watched and the safe had been locked so couldn’t use it. There was a misunderstanding about the check in procedure; luckily I had the management company's number so was able to contact them for the key code to access the keys. The property management took over at the beginning of the year and were really helpful. They explained that there had been a long term renter in before us. They were aware of some of the problems but not all of them. The day we arrived, there was an air con unit being installed and I think the cleaners were up against time to finish before we arrived as there were one or two things overlooked (nothing major). You will either need to buy extra soap and washing up liquid ( though hopefully the dishwasher is now working) or take it with you; I would describe the soap as hotel size. The road is very narrow and in fact at one end of it we thought it was the entrance to someone's drive; the sensors on the car were a god send. This has the potential to be a lovely villa; the location is good and the neighbourhood quiet. I’m sure once it has had a bit of a spruce up it will be.
