About this property
3 rooms downtown Cannes
3 room duplex apartment at the foot of the Forville market. Housing refurbished. Quick access to the Palais des Festivals, Le Suquet, the beaches, the restaurants and the many shops at the bottom of the building. These are two apartments (a studio and a 2-room loft-type (open spaces)) located on the same floor on the 3rd and last floor of a small typical building in the Forville district. Ideal family or couples of friends, allowing both proximity while being independent.
The two apartments each have: an equipped kitchen with washer / dryer, dishwasher, a bathroom with WC, reversible air conditioning, Wi-fi, TV in each room.
Bed linen and shower towels are provided. You will also find a hair dryer available in each apartment. Common to both apartments: iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
At the foot of the building is a paid parking lot.
Note: the two rooms are duplex, loft type (open spaces) and have a somewhat difficult staircase.
