About this property

Amazing beach getaway!

This is the perfect house for a beach vacation. It is located just 1 block from the beach. Watch beautiful sunsets and dolphins playing at the sandy white beach. There is a grill in your own private back yard. The house is completely remodeled with all high end finishes. Only 10 minutes to Johns Pass. It is about a 25 minute ride to either Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach on the Trolley that is just down the street. A beautiful park right down the street for the kids to play. There is always events going on nearby from The Wine Fest, Havana Nights, Farmers Market, Fire works , Fishing tournaments just to mention a few. There is also bikes available.This is a nice quiet area away from all the chaos but still close enough to enjoy it all.

Wonderful house, close to everything—neat as a pin—and very well equipped. Nestled in a cute and safe neighborhood, It’s an extremely easy walk to the white sand Redington Beach—which is itself a great stretch of the beach with beautiful, gardened houses. The shelling and birding is great and that stretch of the beach is actually not very crowded. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The Gulf Trolley was a lifesaver when our rental car fell through—stops are also in easy walking distance. Great house!

We had to call to get the code to get in but the owner answered immediately. The house was beautiful, super easy walk to a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. We had a great visit!

Great place up the block from the beach

The place was perfect for a beach vacation. It is just one block away from Gulf Boulevard, which has lots of restaurants and bars and a block or so to the entrance of the beach. The place was clean and comfortable to stay in.

As a host I want my guest to feel as at home and comfortable as possible. I have put a lot of heart and work into these homes. I have made it a home that I would want to live in as well.

Why they chose this property

This home has many amazing features. The location is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. There is a beach trolley that can take you all the way to Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach and picks you up just a block from the house. There is many restaurants, shops, parks, events, grocery stores, and even the famous Johns Pass is close. Most of these places are in walking distance. This is a very quiet area to relax in and the beach is not crowded.

What makes this property unique

The area is a very quiet not crowded like so many of the other beach communities. There is also 2 sofa beds that can be used for additional guests.
