We had a great stay at the Finca outside of Soller. We were four couples and we enjoyed the quiet and privacy, the beautiful location and the surrounding mountains. We were able to walk in and out of Soller, and also hiked up to the lovely village of Fornalutx. Antonio was a very generous host providing us with food and beer on arrival and then cava and dessert to celebrate a birthday.

Wonderful Finca in a most beautyful nature

A space of Freedom in between of impressiv mountains. Toni is a very caring host. We felt very comfortable and have had a wonderful time.

Loved our stay

Totally idilic play and perfect host. Couple of pointers for other guests - hire a small car the drive and parking it tight and the TV channels were in German :)

Family holiday

We had the most amazing stay at Toni’s villa the on line photos do not do it justice it’s is very beautiful and peaceful. We walked into fornalutx and biniaraix most days for breakfast it wax a good 35 min walk to both. The villa is in a very peaceful setting with views of the mountain , the grounds were immaculate and Toni was so kind bringing us the local treats we would love to return xx

Lovely outdoor space and views

Stunning location but 2km of single narrow road access,small car is a must. very clean,but you have to manage the a/c when all rooms are occupied due to energy limits to property.Some items of crockery were chipped and bigger selection of bowls for serving and mixing would not go amiss.Tony the host was responsive when we had a small issue and overall we had a very pleasant week.

Spectacular home, kindest host

Our stay at this beautiful home in Mallorca was truly unforgettable. The house is nestled in a peaceful, secluded spot with the most breathtaking views — it felt like a private slice of paradise. Every morning and evening we found ourselves in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us.Even more memorable than the setting was the kindness and care shown by our host. From start to finish, Toni made us feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease. His thoughtfulness and warmth added so much to our experience, and we are deeply grateful.This was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the magic of Mallorca. Fantastic location

Toni is an excellent host! He brought fresh pastery in the morning. A warm welcome met us with quiche and pizza. The surrounding area is perfect if you want to do hiking in the mountains as well as walking and running in the nearby area. The children stayed in the pool all the day long and had much fun. Just 2 km to city of Soller. We walked or used the bikes. The house was very cleaned and very well equipment. Thanks for us! We will really go back!

Lovely week in Ca’n Sampol

My family (my husband, our children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren aged 3 and under) have just spent a wonderful week at Ca’n Sampol. Toni was an attentive and excellent host - he provided some gorgeous snacks as our flights were late arriving, which were most welcome and provided 2 high chairs and 2 cots for the babies, borrowing one from a friend. The setting of the house is perfect, nestled in the Soller valley, very quiet & has the sun all day until 8.30 in the evening. The grounds and swimming pool area are safe for little children as there is robust fencing, and we managed to park 3 cars in the parking space, with some jiggling around. All communications were clear and timely and the house was well equipped and, together with the grounds and pool was immaculate. Three of the bedrooms were ensuite, which was great. The location is perfect, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area, if you can tear yourself away from the pool. Thank-you Toni!

Finca in Traumlage

Eine wunderbare hochwertig ausgestattete Finca mit einem gepflegten Garten und Pool. Mit fünf Erwachsenen hatten wir einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt mit bemerkenswerter Aussicht auf die Berge der Tramontana. Das fünfte Doppelbett befindet sich in einem kleinen Nebengebäude mit Bad und Pantryküche – eine Besonderheit, die in der Hausbeschreibung etwas zu kurz kommt. Mit nur einem PKW hatten wir mit der sehr engen Auffahrt und dem kleinen Parkplatz keine Probleme. Der sehenswerte Ort Sòller kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden und ein Wanderweg in Richtung Tramontana beginnt direkt vor der Tür. Danke an den sehr aufmerksamen Besitzer Toni.

Schöne Zimmer mit Funktionierender Klimatechnik. Aufmerksamer Gastgeber Toni. Schwierige Anfahrt zum Haus und zur Finca. Empfehlenswert kleine Fahrzeuge. WeitwinkelFotos des Schwimmbades nicht korrekt!. Für 8 Personen Pool tatsächlich 5 x7 m max.Auf Foto Rasen komplett Grün. Real ein großer Teil nicht Bewässert und Braun statt Grün. Leider Direkt vor der Sitzgruppe

Good morning Thomas. First of all I would like to apologise for having disappointed you, far from it. I understand that you may have been upset that the garden at the front of the property was being renovated to turn it into a Mediterranean garden where the water consumption is minimal, something very necessary due to the drought we have been suffering for years. I am truly sorry. As for the photo of the pool, I would like to point out that there are 5 photos in the advert from different points of the property. As for the path, you are also completely right, but in addition to being something characteristic of the Sierra de Tramontana, this difficulty can also be turned into something beneficial as it can favour the privacy of the property. In any case, it is the first time that I have been given such a low score and I am very sorry. With adversity one can and must grow, so I will strive to correct myself as much as possible so that this does not happen again. Very grateful for your comment and I apologise again.

Schöne Finca in fantastischer Umgebung

Die Finca liegt mitten im Tal zwischen Soller, Fornalutx und Biniaraix, ist sehr ruhig, gepflegt, komplett ausgestattet und mit einem nicht allzu großen PKW gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden durch den Gastgeber mit typisch mallorquinischen Spezialitäten und nützlichen Ausflugtipps herzlich empfangen. Toni war jederzeit zu erreichen und kam auch ab und zu auch persönlich auf éin freundliches Wort vorbei. Es war ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Woche in toller Unterkunft

Nach der etwas herausfordernden Bewältigung der Zufahrt konnten wir (4 Erwachsene) in traumhaftem Ambiente eine tolle Woche in wunderschöner Landschaft in einem großzügigen und wunderschönen Ambiente verbringen. Die Außenanlagen waren perfekt ausgestattet und sauber wie das gesamte Haus, das komplett eingerichtet war. In der Küche wartete ein leckerer Imbiss nach langer Anreise auf uns. Der freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter stellte zudem Gewürze, Öle, Essig, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung, so dass wir uns sofort im Haus einleben konnten. Erholung pur! Wir werden hoffentlich wieder kommen!

Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, der ggfs. auch schnell erreichbar war. Parksituation schon etwas herausvordernd. Sehr schmale Straße und Einfahrt, bei 2 Fahrzeugen keine Wendemöglichkeit. Toller Pool!

Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Haus mit nettem Vermieter

Wir waren zwar nur für 5 Tage vor Ort, haben uns aber nach einem sehr netten Empfang sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig im grünen gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir wurden hervorragend von unserem Vermieter betreut und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt

Très agréable séjour à Soller!

Toni est un propriétaire prévenant et plein d'attentions et très réactif aux messages que nous avons envoyés. La propriété, fonctionnelle, est impeccablement tenue, d'une grande propreté. L'environnement est magnifique! La maison est isolée, calme garanti mais il est indispensable d'avoir un véhicule (Soller est à 25 min à pied, 2km); Véhicule de petite dimension car le portail, le parking et le chemin d'accès sont étroits! Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique (vacances de Toussaint entre 20 et 25 degrés , soleil, juste frais en soirée et le matin). Cela nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse, très agréable. Par contre, en cas de mauvais temps, la cuisine et le salon sont petits. Nous avons eu un souci de lave-vaisselle et Toni a fait ce qu'il pouvait pour nous dépanner. Idéalement située pour marcher avec des chemins de randonnée près de la maison. Les villages voisins sont aussi à visiter! Une belle location donc!

Wonderful house and surroundings

We spent a week in Ca'n Sampol, 9 people (4 children and 5 adults), and had a wonderful holiday. Everything worked perfect. The house was clean and the rooms and bathrooms were all very nice. Actually we don't think the pictures do it fully justice, but that the house, garden and pool area were nicer in reality than in the pictures. (not much space in the kitchen though, if you can't eat outside - but luckily we had good weather). The only thing one should beware of is that the driveway, the parking area, and the gate to the driveway, is very narrow! Only small cars can pass. We had rented two cars, and it was a challenge each time to get them out. The area itself is not really suited for driving, either. But you can easily stay there without a car. It's a 30 min. walk to Sollér centre, from where you can take a tram to the beach, or train to Palma, and nice walks to the idyllic mountain villages of Biniaraix and Fornalutx (30-45 min.). There are also take taxis to Sollér, but we didn't try that. All in all a wonderful vacation, we definately recommend Ca'n Sampol as a great place to stay while exploring the area. We'd love to come back.
