NEW luxury 4 BR condo in the heart of Bolton!

Our newly constructed 4 Bed, 2 Bath (2,200 sqft) condo is in the heart of Bolton Landing - just steps away from Bolton's famous bars and restaurants. It sleeps 8 comfortably with Two Kings, Two Queen bedroom sets and an over sized big comfy couch for any overflow! There is a main floor living area and basement living area so parents and kids can enjoy their own space equipped with games (shuffle board & foosball) and smart TVs to keep everyone in the family entertained after a busy day on the lake. Our kitchen is fully stocked and linens/ towels are included for every bedroom. The condo is in a multi-unit building and is located on the first level with a lower level. There is a shared parking lot with the other unit. Individual units are secured with a private entrance off a common vestibule with a personalized security code assigned to each new guest.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
