Très bon séjour

Jolie maison avec beaucoup d'espace à proximité du tram pour se rendre à Bordeaux. A 1h de Lacanau et du bassin d'Arcachon. Très bon service.

Une semaine de vacances proche de Bordeaux

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée, proche des transports pour Bordeaux et du périphérique. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La propriétaire est soucieuse du bien être des locataires (changement du linge de maison en cours de séjour, mise à disposition de documents concernant la région). A l'écoute des demandes ou remarques effectuées. Les enfants ont de l'espace pour s'amuser en extérieur. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances reposantes.

3 jours agréables dans une belle maison.

Madame Goueytes nous a accueillis très chaleureusement dans uns maison très confortable avec à notre disposition un matériel"comme chez soi".Nous avons apprécié l'intérieur de la maison,la décoration ,le confort de la literie,le jardin avec son salon et sa grande plancha.La propreté est irréprochable.Nous étions très proche du tram dans un quartier agréable et calme.Notre hôtesse a été à notre disposition pour nous donner tous les renseignements que nous désirions.Nous avons pu garer très facilement notre véhicule devant la maison.Le tram très pratique et rapide pour aller visiter Bordeaux.Sans l'ombre d'un doute,si nous retournons à Bordeaux,nous retournerons chez Madame Goueytes et recommandons cette location.Des normands ravis.

Great Location for Bordeaux Visit

We were 4 adults visiting Bordeaux for 5 days from Scotland and Australia. Nathalie kept in regular contact before our arrival and was there to meet us. The house was great and well equipped. A Boulangerie is a short walk and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. We mainly self catered. The laundry facilities are great. We also chose to clean the house ourselves before departure, with plenty of cleaning equipment and products to do so. we could have paid 45 euros for cleaning, but chose to spend that money on Bordeaux wine! The neighbourhood is very quiet and beds very comfortable. The tram station is just around the corner and is about 26 minute pleasant ride into the middle of Bordeaux. We downloaded the TBM app to help us get around while in the city, and buying tickets is very easy (vending machines have French or English options). We would stay here again, and highly recommend Nathalie's hospitality

This was a very spacious and clean home right at the tram station, a bakery within walking distance. Everything else requires a car. Trams are useful and take 30 minutes to get downtown. Nathalie was a perfect host!

Spacious home close to Bordeaux

We enjoyed our stay at Nathalie's house in Lormont, Bordeux. Nathalie is a very nice host. She is caring and attentive. The house with three bedrooms was perfect for our weeks stay with our teenage children. The lounge area is a nice space for the kids to "hang out" and for us as a family to watch television at night together. We loved the plancha style BBQ and ate all our meals outside. The kitchen was pretty well equipped so the house is ideal for a self catering holiday. The tram depot is literally a minutes walk and it's about 35 minutes into the centre of Bordeaux. A car is necessary to enjoy trips to the Dune De Pilat (which is amazing. We went there twice - once with a picnic), the various chateaus and vineyards and St Emilion. There is a bath and a separate shower which is perfectly acceptable. The beds were comfortable. We parked our car outside the house down a little lane which was perfectly safe. There is a park right next door which was a bonus as we went for a stroll every evening and you can walk through it to get to the boulangerie. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would give this house 4 1/2 out of 5.

Wonderful House Close to Bordeaux City Centre

Our time spent in the house over the course of two weeks can be summed up as amazing! The space and and flow of the property was wonderful. With electric shutters in the bedrooms on the west side of the house providing a welcome relief from the warm Bordeaux summer sun. Sliding doors to both rooms on this side of the property helped with air circulation and keeping rooms cool. The kitchen, dining and living rooms where spacious and well appointed with all the required appliances you would expect from a modern home, including WiFi and access to Netflix via the cable box. Which was a bonus! The outside space was large, allowing more than enough space for kids to play and adults to sit and chat while having a barbecue. And of course sunbathing. The area was very quite and relaxing, with close proximity to the Bordeaux tram network making getting into the city pain free. Allow for approximately 30mins to get to the city centre. The house is also only a 10 minute drive away from the rather awesome man made beach on a lake called Plage du Lac. An excellent beach/swimming area. Local beaches on the Atlantic coast are only approximately an hour and 30 minutes drive away. Considering we were there in August was not bad at all! And what great beaches they are! Another plus was we were only a 20 minute drive from the airport. Making transfers a breeze. The owner Nathalie, was very welcoming and a good host making us feel at home. She is very knowledgeable about Bordeaux. As she is from the area. Bordeaux and the Gironde region has so much to offer, that I will be staying at this property next year to explore more of the city of Bordeaux and spend a relaxing time on the great beaches. Spacious apartment, well-positioned for touring

Very warm welcome especially as we were delayed arriving. Apartment was lovely, big, and had everything we needed. The location of the house made it easy both to get into Bordeaux and tour the neighbouring region (St Emilion, etc.). Tram into Bordeaux centre was easy, although it was longer than 10 minutes (closer to 25 mins to reach Hotel de Ville). Safe, outside space was welcome for our daughters to play. Would definitely recommend for families.

Fantastic

Nice house near Bordeaux. Everything as shown on the fotos. You will miss nothing. The owner is very kind and helpful. Good location to explore Bordeaux, the wine area or even going to the beach. Schönes Haus in der Nähe von Bordeaux. Alles genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen. Mit dem Auto 20 min bis zur Stadtmitte, eine Stunde in die Weinanbaugebiete und eine Stunde bis zum Strand.

Fantastic 5 nights in Bordeaux

The house was exactly as described and we wanted for nothing. It is brilliantly positioned for catching the tram into the city centre. Natalie was very helpful and prior to and during the rental she was easily contacted and responded quickly to any problems or queries. I would recommend this rental.
