Welcome to The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach! A beautiful, gated condo community, situated right on the world-famous beaches of 30A! On the top floor, with the best view possible, and right next door to the heated pool.

Not only is the view amazing, you'll find the condo to be nice and quiet (no noise from above, being the top floor) as well as private (only two condos per floor in each building).

As you enter the condo, you'll be surprised by the ample living space in this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. The main hallway leads to the kitchen-living-dining area, where the views of the Gulf of Mexico will take your breath away!

The master bedroom features a king size bed, with glimpses of the gulf! You'll also find a large private bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk in closet!

The junior master offers a king bed, a private bathroom, and views to Gulf Place!

The 2-queens bedroom includes two queen beds, and a private bathroom. Your family will enjoy all the various perks of the open-plan kitchen-living-dining area.

The over-size kitchen island provides a great place to chit-chat and prepare meals. Whether it's meal time or game night - the dining room table provides plenty of room for the whole family to gather.

The living room features two plush couches, a flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace (fireplace is decorative only, not operational).

You'll absolutely love the amazing Gulf-views available from nearly anywhere inside the main living spaces of the condo. Step out on the balcony to really soak it all in - you'll find a table for 4, and two lounge chairs for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and Gulf into the afternoon and evening!

The beach and pool are only steps away, with the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico calling your name!

You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including multiple restaurants, coffee shops, board-bike-gear rentals, souvenir shops, an oyster bar, a beer garden, candy store, ice cream shops, and more!

Love biking? There's a bike rental shop right across the street and the bike path just outside the neighborhood's gated entrance. This paved bike path wanders endlessly along 30A (the beach road), winding through tiny beach towns for miles and miles.

If you're looking to get out into nature, the Long Leaf Greenway Trailhead is just around the block. Outdoor enthusiasts will love to walk or bike this peaceful trail for miles through the Point Washington State Forest!

Everything was perfect! The condo was in great condition, comfortable beds, everything was working. Communication with the owner/rental company was top notch. The location was great as well. We rode bikes along the Timpoochee Trail (right outside the condo complex gate) which runs for 19 miles along 30A. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset as well!

We love staying at the Villas at SRB. The only issue we had was the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, it is sunken in the middle.

This property is in the best location! Private beach, coffee shop across the street, some shopping & eateries also easily accessed without driving anywhere! All my requests were taken care of, if not immediately, then shortly after! Kim was great to work with!! Only thing I would say is carpet needs to be changed. We loved our stay!!!

Perfect location. Perfect view. Perfect accommodations . This rental is amazing. The beds are comfy. The rooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The kitchen is well stocked (spices and oils, pots, pans and utensils ). The location couldn’t be better, it’s right off 30A, iparking is right in front of the condos, it’s on the beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops, bike & go cart rental. I will be back. FABULOUS!

Family trip

We came to the beach with my son and my 80+ year old parents . The place was accessible to the not quite as mobile parents with an elevator and next door to ramped access to the beach . We greatly enjoyed the balcony where we could see and watch the ocean . The unit had everything we needed . Beds were comfortable , showers had good water pressure .Kitchen was well stocked , loved the big coffee mugs . Located right across the street from Gulf Place , it was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops there . We will most likely be back in the future .
