This villa designed by Triorum Algarve is located in a quiet corner of Dunas Douradas, and features a private heated saltwater pool with a kids section and safety fence*, in the south-facing outside patio that benefits from all day sun exposure and nature views. It is within walking distance to the beach, and has two double bedrooms as well as a comfortable open living-dining area - perfect for a family or a couple.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This Villa is located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the luxury resort of Dunas Douradas, between the world-renowned resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, in central Algarve.

The Villa backs straight onto the Pine Trees and therefore affords beautiful views and privacy - a privilege that will make your stay a truly relaxing experience. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to nearby Garrao beach, its beachfront restaurants, and the ocean.

The pinewood surroundings can be enjoyed from the south-facing living room, from the deck next to the private pool and BBQ area, or from the first floor balcony window.

The Dunas Douradas resort clubhouse with its pool bar, restaurant, large communal pool and tennis courts is a one-minute walk away. The staffed reception offers concierge services to help you with information, advice and reservations of taxis, restaurants and local attractions. During check-in, you will receive a magnetic key that provides access to the pool.

Europe's finest golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a 5-minutes drive away, as are a host of additional activities such as horse riding, water sports, go karting, cinema, shopping, bars, restaurants and water parks, to name a few. See more details in the location description.

THE VILLA

This air-conditioned** villa with its large private heated pool that includes a separate children’s section and safety fence* is ideal for a family or two couples wanting to get away from it all without being isolated.

The south-facing exterior receives sun all day long and offers the ideal space for relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco, with a large ceramic-tiled pool that includes a kids section for your children’s enjoyment.

A large sun sail, sun loungers, a dining table, a BBQ and a glass wall to the pine trees round off the outdoor experience of the villa. The pool and outside area have been completely refurbished recently and are the star attraction of this beautifully kept property.

In the inside, the villa offers an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge space. The living area features a fireplace, cable TV, DVD, portable stereo, bluetooth soundbar speaker, and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private outside deck and pool.

The ground floor bedroom features twin beds, a wardrobe and sliding doors to the outside. It also has its own adjacent bathroom. The beds can be pushed together to make a queen size bed.

The first floor master double bedroom with ensuite full bathroom features a king size bed, wardrobe and beautiful views over the private pool and the pine trees beyond.

BABY PACKAGE

We offer a free baby package, consisting of the following items, provided on request:
- Highchair
- Travel cot
- Stair gate
- Baby bath
- Pool safety fence*

For babies under 2 years old we can additionally supply a blender to prepare baby foods, as well as a microwave sterilizer, both free of charge!

GUEST COMFORT

- An inbuilt safe for your valuables is installed.

- All sliding doors have window locks to prevent children from accessing the pool area unsupervised.

- The AC heating system and fireplace keep you warm in the winter months.

IMPORTANT NOTES

* Pool heating and safety fence are optional and are charged extra at 190 Euros and 90 Euros per week respectively. Pool heating and fence setup require minimum one-week and three week notices respectively.

** The property is air conditioned throughout (for cooling as well as heating). The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities and carries an extra cost of 150 Euros per week during the summer months of June, July, August and September.

A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros is payable on arrival in cash. This will be refunded after the exit cleaning has been completed by transfer in the currency of your choice. For online bookings our min. guest rating is 4.8.

TOURIST TAX (starting 01/11/2024)
In line with practices adopted by other municipalities across the Algarve and various cities internationally, Loulé Council has introduced a tourism tax for the municipality.
Rates are as follows:
Low Season (1st November – 31st March): 1€ per day / per person
High Season (1st April – 31st October): 2€ per day / per person

Please note the following stipulations:
- The tax is applicable only to those who are over 16 years-old of age
- It is charged only on the first 5 days of your stay
- The tax needs to be paid in cash during checkin

LONGTERM STAYS
For stays taking advantage of our longterm monthly rates, electricity is charged at the national rate. Pool heating is included in these stays if the guest so wishes.
Cleaning is charged separately, with a minimum requirement of a fortnightly clean. 
The cancellation policy for these stays differs from our short rental policy, please therefore do not send us booking requests without speaking to us first.
For longterm stays we can accept a maximum of 2 adults and respective children in this villa.

RESORT
Dunas Douradas is not an all inclusive resort, facilities listed such as golf, tennis and gym are pay-as-you-go. Access to the Dunas Douradas common pool is included in your rental.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For our property's and guests' security, all our villas are equipped with two security cameras monitoring property boundaries: the front door, and the back patio gates and walls.
