Charming 2 Bedroom Getaway for Monthly Rentals With Amazing Ocean Views


This lovely, quiet renovated two bedroom is on a hillside overlooking the town and the ocean. It is fully equipped with everything you would need to have a wonderful day. The living room has an oversize sofa, Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO. And high-speed Internet.
The open kitchen faces the living room area and has an island with stove and countertops. This large room leads out to a side deck facing the ocean.
The dining area converts into a second bedroom with a full size Murphy bed and a large closet. The mattress is extremely comfortable with a topper. This room has patio doors leading out to the back deck. The bathroom has a full large beautifully tiled shower (no tub). The bedroom has a queen size bed, armoire, desk, and leads out to the side deck. This home is within walking distance to the town, wine tasting, great restaurants and Moonstone Beach.

Weekly rentals may be possible…so inquire with me.

Please Only responsible renters who will truly take care of this lovely home. NO SMOKING

Sorry No Cats. Many people have allergies to cat dander.

Only one small non shedding dog under 25lbs. will be okay upon approval.

A diamond in the rough.

It was apparent the host loves her home and was very gracious letting us spend a month there. We loved our evenings on the deck watching the sunset. The view is beautiful. We did notice that the property is showing some wear and could use general maintenance and repair. The property is perfect for the owners needs but may not be appropriate as an extended rental. We noticed there were a number of things that needed repair or replacement, furniture and fixtures. One of the things we missed the most was a microwave and at times more than one spatula would have come in handy in the kitchen. If you plan on actually preparing meals on a regular basis as we do it might be best to choose another place to stay. Everything considered we would not rent this property again.

Cambria Relaxation

Such a perfect property for an individual, couple or small family. Carol was absolutely great to work with and was available whenever needed with answers to questions. The vibe is zen and pure relaxation with an unobstructed ocean view. Walking distance to main street and a short drive to Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Preserve. Looking forward to visiting this lovely property again in the very near future!

Treetop hideaway.

We loved staying at this home. The furnishings were such a beautiful calming style. We particularly liked sitting on the back deck with the fantastic ocean view. We watched birds soaring around the trees and even had a fox walk by to sit in the morning sun on a tree stump down below the deck. Although in a neighborhood, it seems very private the way the house is situated on the hillside. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely Happy Hill Views!

What a lovely home with a beautiful ocean view, nestled in the pinetrees high above quaint Cambria! The owner was very nice & helpful, & my dog really enjoyed his vacation stay there too! We'd all love to return someday, to escape the Phoenix heat again!!

Loved the house and the views of the water in the midst of the trees. Carol was very easy to get into contact with when I had questions. Great kitchen for cooking!
