Esta bien equipado, limpio casa de dos dormitorios se encuentra en terraza marina, a solo una cuadra del mar, con bonitas vistas al mar. Perfecto para una o dos parejas. Nuevos muebles de patio exterior y una silla de masaje para añadir a su tiempo de relax en Cambria. No hay acceso a garaje. Acceso inalámbrico a Internet! ¡Los propietarios aceptarán estancias de 2 noches durante todo el año!

A Wonderful Stay in Ocean Mist

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, our Dog, and I stayed in Ocean Mist for the third time and it always makes us want to come back. We stayed for 13 nights and would have stayed longer if it wasn't rented already. It is a charming and comfortable home away from home. We relax, walk, cook dinners, grill on the patio, and enjoy the peace and beautiful view. The deer walking down the street, folks passing by with their dogs, the sound of the ocean, and sea gulls add to the charm. We will be back again. Thanks Breen Vacation Station for the lovely bottle of wine, as well. I wanted to ask the owner about the new flooring, because we would like to use it for our floors.

Located just a few blocks from a small beach and Fiscalini Ranch, the location is great. Marine Terrace is one of the quietest and nicest neighborhoods in Cambria.

Quiet and Beauty

We spent the New Years holiday at Ocean Mist with our daughter and son in law. Its a perfect setting, close to the coast, close to Fiscalini Park, and in the quiet peaceful neighborhood of Marine Terrace. We have stayed at Ocean Mist several times and love the casual, warm, comfortable atmosphere, and well appointed home. We will come back again. Carol and Fred

10 days in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Ocean Mist was wonderful. When I arrived, the house was spotlessly clean, and I am very picky about that. It is bright and cheery. There were screens in the windows so that we could open the windows without worrying about bugs and other critters coming in. All the shades worked, and several were new. The downstairs bath is now part of the master suite, so that both bedrooms no longer open to the same bathroom. The massage chair is gone, and the living room looks nicer and fresher. The TV’s in the living room and master bedroom work great. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the only things it could use are a better spatula and a new toaster. There is permanent condensation between the panes of glass on the door from the living room to the upstairs deck, so that needs to be repaired or replaced. The house had been updated and fixed up since I stayed there last August. All the appliances worked, but the dryer makes a screeching noise so needs to be fixed. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Everyone says hello when you are out walking. There are lots of dogs, and my dog thoroughly enjoyed her stay at Ocexn zMist and her many many walks to Lampton Cliffs Park and on the trails of the Fiscalini Ranch. We encountered lots of wildlife- deer in the neighborhood and on the ranch, lots of herons and other birds, a skunk ( fortunately from a distance), a small snake ( Aldo from a distance), bunnies, ground squirrels, etc. We had great dinners at Indigo Moon, Robin’s, Sow’s Ear, and picked up food to go at Linn’s and Wild Ginger. But the highlight was dinner three nights at the Sea Chest. Haley and Jackie at Breen Vacation Station were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive. They quickly made sure that the outdoor barbecue on the patio was fixed and in working order, promptly sent an electrician to fix the light in the master bedroom closet, and Haley herself hit on a ladder and stopped the smoke alarm

Reviewer Comments: Loved the house and location but...the driveway had a hump steep drop, rather than a smooth transition, so we were unable to park in the driveway as it rubbed against the undercarriage of our car. County does not allow street parking but we had no choice. Would like to have been closer to town to walk to town, but too far and dangerously thin, twisted roadways. No sidewalks.

Little but lovely

Property was clean and so well stocked. The only spice I couldn't find was cinnamon. A short walk to two small beaches as well as a 2 mile nature hike along the water. A short drive into town but easily done. Love Cambria!

Beautiful Cambria

Wonderful location to walk and hike around Cambria with our dogs. Loved the fenced yard and all the amenities the house offered. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed daily walks through the Fiscalini preserve located just down the street. The property was very clean and we were able to check in a bit early. Breen Vacation Station provided excellent customer service. They made certain the gas barbecue was ready to go and provided a bottle of wine at check in. The only suggestion we have is to update the rather worn furniture and beds. The double/ full bed in the guest room was sagging in the middle, very uncomfortable and too small for two people. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with herbs, spices, cooking/baking/serving items and other essentials. This location in Cambria can not be beat. We highly recommend this rental!

A Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation at Ocean Mist! The home was bright, clean, and comfortable. The location is halfway between the Fiscalini Rsnch and its beautiful walking trails and Lampton Cliffs Park. It has a very spacious patio in front of the house with a dining table for 6 and a gas barbecue and a small upstairs deck. We were two blocks from beach access and could hear the sea lions barking. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a French press for coffee, a food processor and a blender, and the appliances look relatively new. The beds are very comfortable, and one has a huge walk-in closet. The only negatives are that the two bedrooms have a full bathroom in between them with sliding doors between each bedroom and the bathroom but no locks on the doors. The second bathroom is upstairs. Also, there are no screens on the upstairs windows. The threshold where you enter the house was cracked and needs replacing, and the batteries for the flashlights and battery-operated candles need to be replaced. All in all, Ocean Mist is terrific, and I would stay there again. The person in the office who greeted us and gave us the door code and internet information was not great. She did not offer us a bottle of wine and the internet network name thst she gave us was incorrect. She said she would be in the office until 4 pm if we had any questions, but when we called about the internet at 3:35 pm, she was gone and we got voicemail. Fortunately a very nice young woman brought the refilled propane tank and was able to help us open a door we couldn’t open and find the correct internet network. We went back to Breen’s office the next day and got our bottle of wine. The two women there exceptionally nice and friendly. In the office when we went backbright and comfortable

Perfect location, relaxing environment, and everything one needs is provided. (except no propane in the grill). Other than that, we just used the stove. Our dog rembered her last stay, so she also felt right at home. We love it there and plan to make our third visit next time. The management takes care of all arrangements and thanks for the wine.

Cool and comfortable

This is a wonderful home, in a perfect setting. We had a great time and were rescued from the heat of our regular home. Everything went well except for the smoke alarms going off unexpectedly and we had quite a time figuring out how to unplug them. It seemed that the batteries were low and so we finally switched around some batteries and that seemed to work, but we did call the emergency number quite a few times with no response. It could have beeped all night if we didn't figure it out so for next time, if you leave an emergency number, please respond. Otherwise, it was really great. Carol and Fred

It was refreshingly cool near the ocean, with cool air and often mist in the AM. The house suited our needs well, with close proximity to the ocean and the walking trails. We appreciated the service call to replace the empty propane tank on the BBQ, which enabled us to have a nice cookout. We'll recommend this house to our friends.
