This charming, pet-friendly two bedroom/two bathroom home offers fabulous ocean views that truly need to be seen to be believed. Situated in a serene neighborhood teeming with wildlife and stunning views, this home provides a very peaceful retreat!

Inside, the home welcomes you with a cozy entry area. The lower level features one bedroom, a full bath and the laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find the living area, kitchen, dining space and the primary bedroom with its own bath. Relax on the deck with your morning coffee or unwind in the fenced/gated backyard by the fire pit with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset! The backyard is an ideal spot for your pet to play freely as well.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, Breen was very nice, professional, and helpful. Great job! Home was nice, clean, well-provisioned. Great views, but lotsa utility wires. Worked for us tho.Couple bothers: Beds are comfy, but like most BandB's, instead of giving you 2 nice pillows, they give you like 40 really cheap and detestable ones. Sheets were dreadful, would not stay in place.Kitchen is MISERABLY small, but well-appointed.We would go again.

Reviewer Comments: Even though one of the young ladies who worked in the Breen Office was ill, check-in was a breeze. Big Views on Lodge Hill is a great small house with great views from all three decks. It is not on a busy street, so traffic noise was at a minimum. House was nicely equipped. Great location to go for walks and enjoy sea breeze. Remember I do not give a 5 rating. Its impossible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I seriously love this place. We have stayed here a couple of times now. It is quiet...you can just hear the waves crashing from the decks. It has views for days, from all three decks. The home is comfortable and it makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. If the owners ever felt like selling I hope I could be their first call. I will defniately be back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute place, a true home away from home. This is like getting a chance to stay at a friend's place. Amazing views from all the balconies/decks, private yard is adorable, and the living space is so well thought out. You can hear the ocean, watch the deer, and see the waves crash on the distant beach. Easy access to the ranch walk, downtown, and a short drive to wineries or Morro Bay. Highly recommend!

Quiet and relaxing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very quiet and relaxing stay. We were gone most of the time during the day site seeing and drinking wine at one of the many wineries in the area but when we were there it was very relaxing. One negative though is the kitchen is very small. A one person kitchen for sure. We ate out a lot :-).

To be more accurate

I wish we know ahead of time that we wont have phone reception, so we could make plan how we will communicate. Add no AC on this location. Have a policy that pet are not allowed in the furniture or bed if the house are pet friendly.

My friend and I came here to Plein air paint. Perfect location near Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with ocean views! It is very guest friendly with every need imagined.
