Apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking pool garden and sea in a beautiful tropical garden with 3 swimming pools plus a supervised child swimming pool in the summer, a restaurant bar. Near the sea (10 minutes walk) 200 m from the tennis club and golf club Mijaflores and 50 m shops, restaurants and bars. 20 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, you are 5 minutes from La Cala De Mijas. In 2. 15 pm you are on the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada. The Costa del Sol is 330 days of sunshine a year nicknamed also the Costa Del Golf with its 45 golf courses

Lovely quiet apartment

This apartment isn’t luxurious but it has everything one or two people might need. The bedroom is large and there is an en suite bathroom. But I preferred the separate shower room where the shower head was really powerful. The kitchen is well equipped and has a laundry room adjacent. The lounge has a sofa bed and table and chairs to eat at. There is lots of storage. There is a terrace leading off the lounge with table and chairs. It gets the morning sun and looks out over one of the 3 swimming pools on the complex. There were a few maintenance issues during my 10 week stay and the owner Stephane responded swiftly and effectively. He took a personal interest in ensuring that everything was fixed. It is well situated for the beach, restaurants and the A7 road which takes you to Malaga in one direction and Cadiz in the other.
