Ideally located in a secure residential park with caretaker, this superb villa welcomes you for an unforgettable stay in Cap d'Antibes.
Just a few minutes walk from the center of Juan-les-Pins and its magnificent fine sandy beaches, enjoy a calm and soothing environment.

The villa, nestled in a wooded garden, has a swimming pool (unheated), perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends. You can park a vehicle inside the garden, while a second space is available in front of the gate.

For optimal comfort, the house is ready to welcome you upon your arrival: the beds are made and each guest benefits from two towels as well as a bath towel for the pool. (An additional fee of €360 is to be expected for cleaning and laundry of sheets and towels, to be paid on arrival).

Marie, our manager, will be there to welcome you and ensure that your stay is perfect.

Perfect location

Villa Rose de May, Juan-Les-Pins

We had a wonderful family holiday with our adult children and their 2 year olds. The pool has a child safety alarm and was perfect for swimming in June.Marie provided 2 travel cots and was extremely helpful and informative when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. We walked to both Juan-Les Pins beach and Sallis beach in Antibes. Restaurants, supermarkets and bakery are all 10 minutes walk. We all hope to return and would thoroughly recommend Villa Rose de May.

What an elegant property in an old gated community

This property is just beautiful, including the property managers and grounds. The pool is large and delightful. We stayed here without a car and though the walk was sometimes long we could access the beaches, restaurants, Juan le Pins, Old Antibes. This is truly a lovely property and a fantastic home base.

Great Villa in great location

My family stayed for a week in this lovely villa in a great location in Juan Les Pins - an easy 7 mins walk to the local restaurants and bars and the beach too. the Villa has great facilities - including a lovely pool in a beautiful garden. the bedrooms were well appointed - I highly recommend this place. Wonderful house in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this property which is a short walk to all the beaches, restaurants and shops of Juan-les-Pins. Marie could not have been more helpful, organizing taxis, restaurants etc and super responsive to all of my questions both before and during our stay. The pool and garden are particularly special. Highly recommend!

wonderful place

we had a wonderful time at this beautiful and calm place. Everything was just fine. Specially Jean-Jaque, the caretaker and manager of the house, was extremly helpful and caring and succeeded in trying to make everything perfect at any time.

Idyllic spot

Superb communication and a very helpful attitude from Marie, the Villa Manager, who is charming. The villa is in the most perfect location to walk into Juan-les-Pins and the pool is in the sun all day with a beautiful garden. Plenty of space for the family to relax and everything was just perfect. A 10 minute walk to the station gives easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Nice & Monaco.

Wonderful

We stayed at Villa Rose de May for 1 uke i July 2022 and had a wonderful time the house and the garden with pool is absolutely charming and beautyful !! A very short walking distance to the Beach is lovely private as well as public beaches with powder sand and crystal Blue sea. The village if Juan les pins is small and pritty with lots of Nice shows bars and restaurants . We loved it and want to come back

Beautifully perfect!

This villa was spacious enough for 7 adults, gardens and pool were beautiful. Enough utensils and mod cons (including water/ice machine really welcome in the heat) to ensure perfect meal times. Bedrooms fully air conditioned, lovely! Easy walking distance to everywhere, bars, restaurants and train station. Really recommend. Thank you for hosting us Marie (and arranging a taxi from Monaco) you made it so easy.

2 weeks with a family of 6...was perfect

We stay in Antibes every summer for a week or two. This year we wanted more space, a pool and some quite time at the end of the day but still walk to nice public beaches. The home worked well for us. We had no issues with the house but a few questions and they were very helpful for checkin and during our stay. At one point we had a sick baby and even got a doctor suggestion! Great time, great location in a very well kept and updated home.

Elegant escape

The house is so lovely, brought up to date with everything you need, but still full of its original details and charms. In this quiet, private neighbourhood, it's easy to pretend for a week that you've time-traveled and that you'll bump into F. Scott Fitzgerald and his comrades when you wander out. Easy walk to beaches, town, Antibes, everything. And the house has anything you might need. Bliss. And Marie is a dream to deal with, she manages everything parfaitement.

Beautiful villa

What a wonderful visit. Marie the host was so helpful and gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The villa is incredibly well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The main bedrooms are light and spacious with plenty of storage and hanging space. The villa is near the heart of Juan Les Pins but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Make sure to note that the pool is not actually heated which would not be a problem in peak summer- we braved it a couple of days but the Med ( a 10 minute walk away) was much warmer at this time of year. All in all, a wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. 5 stars! Thank you Marie.

Location: good location for visiting Juan Le Pins (10 min walk), Antibes (20 min walk) and the local beaches (v busy in summer). On a gated estate which was reassuring. Access to Antibes and Salis Beach took longer to walk as could only get out of estate from one direction which was a bit frustraing.Villa: The villa was good. It was not luxurious and spaces such as the bathrooms and shower rooms were small and a bit old. There were only 4 of us so it was big enough but we agreed that if there were more than 6 it would be very cramped. The garage room had no windows. The kitchen was also small for more than 4, it was well equipped.The pool and the surrounding area was nice and generally quiet.Services: We were disappointed that we had to pay quite a lot of additional money on arrival to cover the cost of cleaning sheets. This is in small print on the website (which we had missed - be aware) and was only pointed out to us AFTER we had paid the full balance. It also had to be paid in cash on arrival.There was no cleaning during the stay. We had to strip the beds for collection mid-holiday and make our own beds. This is the first time we had experienced this which seemed odd for the price of the villa. Towels were tired. Pool was only cleaned once and got a bit grubby and gardener only came once during the second week so things started to look a bit scruffy.Overall, we had a very nice holiday but there are small things that could be improved to make it more pleasant.

The additional amount requested on arrival is only to cover the laundry service and the cleaning staff. As for the pool, it is cleaned once a week, which is the standard schedule to keep the water in good condition. Cap D'Antibes Villa

We stayed 3 weeks here in March-April and had a lovely time. The villa is located in an older gated community about 10 min walk from Juan-les-Pins and 20 min walk from the town of Antibes. It is located in the center of Cap D'Antibes, the peninsula, with many delightful walks around. We did not have a car but relied only on walks, trains, private taxis, and Bolt/Uber to get around. We took several day trips to Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Golfe-Juan, etc. The villa has kitchen, dining, and living room and 1 bedroom downstairs with separate bath and toilet, and three bedrooms upstairs with shared bath and separate toilet. All bedrooms have individual AC and heating. An additional bedroom is in the remodeled separate garage with an additional bath and toilet. The garage also has a washer. It would be good to also have a dryer as drying takes a long time when it is more humid/rain. In the summer heat it's probably not needed as much. The garden is charming and beautiful with a large pool and separate dining area. The pool is not heated, but was still 20-21C in April. Marie was very accommodating as a host and resolved any issue quickly and efficiently. Overall a great stay!

Toller Urlaub in schöner sicherer Umgebung

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haus hatte einen tollen Charme und war liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst und das Haus entsprach genau den Fotos aus dem Portal. Die Umgebung mit Pool und tollem Garten, in einer gesicherten Anlage war perfekt. Juan le Pins war von der Lage perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Zug/Auto nach Cannes und Nizza.In Gehdistanz sind viele Restaurants,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man erreicht in 25min zu Fuss das Stätchen Antibes.

Superstay at villa Rose de May

Fantastisk villa, där vi kände oss som hemma direkt, den vackra trädgården, poolen, den trevliga interiören - allt förstärkte vår positiva känsla. Villan ligger perfekt med nära till allt (strand, affärer, restauranger, lekplats m.m.). Inget behov av bil då tågstationen ligger på promenadavstånd. Marie och hennes man är mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt på frågor. À bientot 😎
