Appartement très propre , conforme à la description sauf la photo qui ne correspond pas au logement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Proche de la ville, on peut tout faire a pied. Aucun problème pour la remise des clés Pas de problème pour se garer, dans la rue ou parking à 50m.Seul bémol, nous étions côté rue Dr Mallet, et c'est une rue passante.... même la nuit. Pour ne pas être embêté il faut fermer le velux, donc quand il fait chaud c'est pas top!

l'annonce sur abritel stipulait un balcon au final une fenêtre de toit, pas de clime dans la chambre obliger d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit avec les bruits de voiture et de rue.

En déplacement professionnel dans le secteur de St Flour, j'ai séjourné dans l'un des hébergements proposé par la Résidence Appart'en Ville. Résidence propre, sécurisée et calme avec la possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité La cuisine est toutefois un peu rudimentaire, suffisante pour un séjour de quelques jours, mais un peu limite pour une durée plus longue. Très fonctionnel mais manque équipements cuisine, comme cafetière électrique, et équipement sommaire. Énormément de bruit dans la rue et pas de climatisation donc obligatoire de laisser velux ouvert donc mauvaises nuits.

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, spacieux et bien situé. Le stationnement est facile. Equipement correct, qui pourrait être amélioré pour la cuisine. Pour un court séjour, des produits de base (sel, huile, etc.) seraient appréciables.

Tout s'est bien passé sauf, au début où la température était trop importante à cause du Vélux. Penser à la climatisation pour ce studio !

Appart en période de canicule

Appart correct mais non adapté aux fortes chaleurs. Avec la canicule Impossible de rester dans l'appart sans risque de malaise. Avons du écourter notre séjour 3nuits au lieu de 5 prévues. (Pour info eclairage miroir salle de bains à revoir)
