Apartment of 65 m2, self-contained with sea view and easy access to the beach, occupying the entire lower part of the villa 'Thymari'. Interior: Living area, dining room, fully equipped American kitchen, 1 master bedroom (double bed), guest bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower. Equipment: 26 "flat screen TV, ceiling fan in all rooms, kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, water softener. Outdoor: 130 m2 terrace in the shade, wicker garden furniture, wooden dining room, hammock, outdoor shower, outdoor parking.
