Amazing sea view from the balcony and bedroom. H

Very cozy flat with a modern decoration. The flat has been completely renovated
A place to relax and enjoy.
You will find everything just on your door step, as it is located 20 meters from the beach and everything else you need, supermarket, bank, petrol station, bares, restaurants, etc.
On Saturdays and Wednesdays (summer) there's a lovely street market 2 roads down where you will find cheap and fresh vegetables, fruits etc... all organic:)
It has an open plan kitchen and a balcony, a sofa bed in the living room and there is a double bed in the bedroom. This apartment is for 2 people only.
The bathroom is fitted with a nice shower!
The flat has a good ventilation and keeps a pleasant temperature in the summer.
There's heating and air conditioning installed. We provide free wifi access

Beautiful apartment right next to the beach with sea view

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean apartment, amazing location and sea view from the balcony, supermarktes and restaurants directly next to the apartment, beautiful beaches nearby, fully equipped and good communication with easy Check-In. Would recommend!

the apartment was small but good enough for 2 persons. Everything was working well with the machines and accesories. There was all what you want to spend the holiday!!

We would definitely return again.

We had a great stay in this location. We were not used to the system to retreive the keys, and the contact persons were vey helful, Raphael and Doralice. We had an issue with the cloth washing machine, but it got resolved promptly because of Dora. Well located with multiple restaurants around and convenient stores. Nice beaches just two minutes away. One caveat, parking, not so easy, but we found our way during our stay. Thank you for the Rosé and the Ferrero Rocher chocolate Dora. A very nice touch. I greatly recommend.

Appartement Idéalement placé, au coeur du quartier animé d’Armaçao de Pera. L’appartement est cosy, très bien équipé, wifi, SmartTv LG dernière génération, au 5è étage avec ascenseur, un petit balcon qui donne sur le front de mer, où nous avons pris nos repas. La literie est très confortable, le canapé aussi, une clim dans la chambre et dans le salon. Pour un couple, c’est l'idéal. L’arrivée s’est faite sans problème, Dora nous a communiqué les codes des accès de la porte de la résidence et de la boite à clé. Pour info, l’entrée de la résidence est en face l’intermarché contact (nous avons un peu galèré à la trouvée via le gps). Le seul bémol est pour se garer, l’appartement étant situé au coeur du quartier le plus animé d’Armaçao de Pera, il est très très compliqué de trouver une place de stationnement, surtout le soir, car de nombreux touristes viennent arpenter le remblais, et diner dans les nombreux restaurants du quartier (vous trouverez un excellent Steakhouse à 100 m de la résidence), il est donc quasiment impossible de se garer proche de l’appartement. Néanmoins l’on arrive a trouver des places au dela de l’Avenue de Las Oceanos. Voilà, sans ce très léger Bémol, j’aurais demandé à Abritel de pouvoir donner un 11/10, ce sera donc juste un 10/10

Had everything you need , washing machine bonus , view was exceptional to wake up to , had air conditioning, but prefer not to use . Host was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp . . We were lucky to check in 2 hours early , also on departure the host very kindly allowed us to stay 3 hours after check out , as we had a late departure. This was very much appreciated.

Superbe appartement

L'appartement est trés agréable et avec une vue mer appréciée. Il est idéalement situé prés de la plage , de la promenade qui longe la plage , prés des restaurants et des commerces. On fait tout à pied. Merci à Raphael qui nous a accueilli et donné les info nécessaires. Super séjour que nous conseillons à tous

Apartamento perfecto para vacaciones. Al lado de la playa, con todos los servicios: supermercados, restaurantes, panadería, tiendas, etc. Todo equipado y muy cómodo. Hemos estado como en casa. Agradecidos a Dora y Rafael por su amabilidad.

Très bel appartement

nous avons passé 14 jours dans cet appartement avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons été accueilli par raphael qui parle très bien le français. Tout le Il a pris le temps de nous donner de très bons conseils et rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances. L'appartement est très bien situé. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule, tous les commerces et restaurants se trouvent en bas de l'appartement ainsi que la plage. Je le recommande vivement. Je compte y retourner l'an prochain

I went to see this flat with a friend who wanted to buy a property in the Algarve, as i stepped in the flat i just felt in love with it, my friend decided to buy another bigger one so i put my deposit on this one and it was the best thing ever! I love it and my friend is very happy with hers too.

What makes this property unique

I love the Portuguese tiles on the wall so i kept some in the kitchen wall, .. And the view!!!! It is beautiful. It kept my eye first time i saw it!
