The Margit Apartment is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Armação de Pera. This apartment is on the 2nd floor. From your balcony and living room, you have a fantastic view of the sea and the Fortaleza. From your balcony, you can enjoy the sound of the Atlantic Ocean.

This apartment is very well equipped. Of course, there is also satellite TV (all free German-language channels) and MEO TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and fast fibre optic internet in the apartment. All rooms have air conditioning.

The apartment has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, storage room with washing machine and balcony.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

There are many shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The beautiful Praia dos Pescadores beach in Armação de Pera is less than 50 metres from your apartment.

Nice apartment in a great location .

We stayed in this nice apartment for 3 weeks in February 2025 . It is in a fantastic location close to the beach and close to lots of excellent restaurants and bars, it also has an excellent sea view from its small but adequate balcony.The bed is comfortable and the shower room is good .The kitchen area is small but has all you need for simple cooking .However I must mentioned the electrical supply it is outdated and in desperate need of upgrading . It was constantly tripping out whilst I was cooking or when my wife was using the hairdryer these are just two of the many instances of the many issues we had

Vacation

No bed sheets provided. Two single bed topperes were provided for a queensize bed. Tv didn't work. They finally fixed it 5 days into our stay, and they had construction going on on the 4th floor of the house. Overall, I would not rent this agson.

A Little Bit of Sunshine!

Margit was absolutely as advertised, the location is perfect for walking the promenade. Restaurants surround the apartment and with the Gelato place directly across from it, a dangerous location! We stayed 32 nights and any issues we experienced were dealt with quickly and professionally. The one ‘con’ would be a sewer smell from the shower drain and a couple of roaches that appeared from the drains. We kept them covered after that and no more problems. It is an older building. We loved the balcony, sitting there was just perfect, either with a Galao or a glass of delicious wine! We’ve already booked it for next year!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein modern eingerichtetes Apartment Mitte der Fußgängerzone Armaçãos, lebhaftes Treiben vor dem Balkon, dass Abends mit einer Flasche Wein genossen werden kann, schöner Meerblick! TV mit deutschen Programmen und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche runden den Luxus auf. Je ein Balkon im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer lassen auch im Hochsommer auf die Klimaanlage verzichten! Die Herzlichen Vermieter und das wunderbare Frühstück im Viennas Bistro sehen uns diesen Sommer wieder!

What a lovely apartment with everything you need with the best hosts ,this apartment is in the heart of Armação de Pêra with sea view very quiet and very clean the decor is really good bed very comfortable,aircon as well there is a lift if needed the apartment is on the second floor .The apartment is nefarious the beach about 3 minute walk and what a lovely clean beach it is as well

Super Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren Ende Juni für 10 Nächte hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Meerblick ist der Hammer und in wenigen Metern ist man direkt am Strand. Der. Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
