Amazing

Our stay was amazing. The condo had all the amenities to make us feel at home. Spacious and clean. The entire properties with access to pools and The Big Chill area made it feel like a resort. The golf cart and bikes were an extra perk. We will definitely plan to come back again.

Awesome Place to Stay

My family and I absolutely loved this property. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation stay. We did not need to bring or buy anything for the beach, they had it all. The house is beautiful and comfortable and makes you feel as if you were at home... Golf Cart 6 seater was great and we had no problems with it. I would stay again at this property next year. Very nice house. Relaxing stay.

House was very nice. Good location. We understood it had a private beach that was nearby, but it didn’t. The first day we biked a mile to the public beach. We used the golf cart once and the battery went low very quickly so we didn’t use it again. We all enjoyed the stay. House was nice and very clean. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because beach was so far.

Very clean and comfortable

The unit is comfortable and clean and the kitchen has everything you’ll need. My only complaint is that it is so far from the beach and the golf cart is truly on its last leg. Tires are bald and honestly too dangerous to drive on main road. Take the shuttle to the beach. There is 0 parking. But the unit is very nice.

Great place, not well stocked though.

Property was beautiful and adequately equipped with the exception of no gas grill, trash bags, laundry detergent , and no hot pads. Unfortunately place was not cleaned well by crew prior to us arriving. I would recommend the property in the hopes that it would be cleaned better and properly stocked for the future.

Not good Overall

Well, let’s start from the beginning. The golf cart broke down on us on the middle of 30a highway. I called 3x to finally get someone to come and pick us up from being stranded on the road. We then take the keys back to the Hub (Panhandle Getaways) walked back to where we were staying. We were thinking we were gonna gonna get another golf cart , but they brought the same golf cart back within 30 mins and told us it was fine. Next day came took the golf cart out again and we had the same issue, they brought us a broke golf cart back and didn’t try and replace it and give us another one. Mind you this was the reason we chose to stay here, Because a golf cart was included, but low and behold it didn’t work and no one seemed to care. Besides that, the dishes in house were dirty, flour was left on most of the pots and pans, old water was left on the keurig coffee machine, dust was everywhere in the house, just didn’t look like the house had been cleaned, and it’s COV19 so you would think they would take this cleanliness very serious, but I guess not. Not only that we had a man walk straight into the front door and my daughter was there sick alone, saying he has to fix a smoke alarm. When she told him he had to leave and he got upset and said inappropriate words. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this townhome. It’s not worth the money me spent and it’s nasty.
