Perfect Rental

Hello Sunshine was the perfect vacation rental. It was neat, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was beautiful! I highly recommend this property! Easy walk to beach and to Seaside.

Family getaway

Ages 12 to 77 enjoyed the easy access to Seaside and the beach. Very relaxing heated pool with fenced backyard was a hit! Location was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do.

We had a great time this past week at this house. House is 3 blocks from the beach, beach cart was great. House was very clean. Pool was lovely and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Seaside Beach stay

The house was cozy, well kept, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The outdoor pool was a huge hit with the kids and very clean. We would definitely consider returning!

Great Place!

Great house and even better location. Short and picturesque walk to the beach and to Seaside, but far enough to feel tucked away from the larger crowds. House had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured. Pool and fenced in yard offered a perfect private retreat.

Perfect Spot

We travel to 30a every year for thanksgiving and absolutely loved this place. It was so quiet and convenient. The perfect layout for my husband and I and our dogs and my mother-in-law. The outdoor area was great when we had guests over to entertain.

Absolutely amazing

This was our first week stay away from our 2 year old and this house made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed and was walking distance to the beach and Seaside. The pictures do not do this place justice.

Perfect house for our needs. Loved having the pool to relax. Walk to beach was fine, wouldn't recommend trying to lug too much though. Would definitely rent again.

The stay was good. Only thing was the bike tires were low on all three bikes. So it was hard to ride them. The location of the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and the town..

Perfect family vacay spot

The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. The kids loved the bunk beds. There was lots of parking and an outlet for the golf cart we rented. The weather was a bit chilly while we were there, but the pool was 90 degrees, so we spent a lot of time in it still. The hosts were easy to work with and I appreciated being able to text them. It was in the perfect location, at the end of the neighborhood so there wasn't a lot of traffic or construction, but close enough to town for a walk/bike/golf cart ride. I would 100% recommend this house or even book it again myself!
