This is a wonderful property. Incredibly clean. Perfect amount of space for our family of 6. Great proximity to the downtown area and beach. The rentable bikes are fantastic and very reasonably priced for the stay. The communication with the host was amazing! We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Sincerely would not change a thing. This is a really great place to stay. We will definitely do it again.

Convenient to lots of things and walkable to Seaside for everyone. Super close to the grocery store and gas station as well. Host communication was quick and easy. Thank you for the last-minute stay!

Great location between Publix and the beach. We were able to bike everywhere in no time. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the kitchen was roomy and stocked with a few staples, which was nice. Jason was very responsive.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great! The house was clean upon arrival with a kitchen stocked with necessities.Plan to bring beach essentials (chairs kids toys) we didn’t find the beach towels until we were packing up to leave, they were tucked away in the closet.It would have been nice to receive a note with information of public beach access locations. To our knowledge most of the beach nearby is private access and it is not clear which access points are private and public.

Very nice space and perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants about 10 minutes. It's a very nice stroll through a pretty neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and there was a sweet selection of snacks Jason left for us. Love that it had a fenced in yard - didn't take my dog but it would have been perfect for her! The beach sand is insanely gorgeous. Like flour!

This is a great little house to rent when staying in Seaside! Nicely furnished and super clean. There is public beach access that is walkable from the house. And it was less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown Seaside area. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great to have a fully fenced yard for them to run around in. Communication with the owner was super prompt and everything went really smooth. Definitely recommend this cute house!

Cute place! Had necessary supplies for us (and then some) and a goody basket! Great instructions. Accommodated us nicely for our late check-in. Gave great restaurant referrals. Check out was simple. Needed some extra wash cloths and was extremely responsive and quick! Great host! This review is making us leave a review for a winery experience in order to submit it. We did not do that experience. Submitted 5 stars to not ruin the score for the host.

Even Better Than Expected

This is the most lovely little getaway on 30A. The home is decorated in charming coastal decor that is inviting and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked well with any item you could need to make a meal. The beds were so cozy and comfortable after a long day in the beach! We stayed at the property as we were moving across country with our dogs and wanted a little downtime before our final destination. The owners advertised the property as pet friendly but they even went as far as to have dog bowls and treats waiting for them upon arrival. The owners were very prompt and friendly in their communication and just so accommodating. It was a wonderful place and we will definitely return!

We had a simple quick 2 night stay. Overall, the stay was great for four of us down for a wedding. Had we brought our pets, it would have been accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to functionality of the kitchen, but we had what we needed provided. The two things that stuck out to us were the air return and sun room. The air return was whistling terribly loudly when we turned the air down upon arrival. We checked the filter and it was fully clogged a d had not been changed since last summer of 2025. They did immediately drop off a new filter when notified. The sunroom was underwhelming in my opinion as a tenant. It’s a beautiful room with much potential and with updated decor, a rug to help with acoustics and coziness, it could be a great feature to the house. In its current state with a sleeper sofa and a single antique chair, no rug in such a big room, it lacks the cozy beach vibe by far that the rest of the home offers. It’s just a big empty room that would not be confined to sleeping. We did not use it this weekend. The host was kind, prompt and communicative. Location is perfect. And if we did have a bigger group, plenty of room to sleep everyone. And cleanliness is always important and we weren’t disappointed outside of having to change the a/c filter. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay.
