Just steps to Seaside & the beach, this beautiful, charming cottage is pet friendly, and all on one level. Renovated throughout, it features an outdoor fire pit and grill inside a huge, fully fenced back yard. Several deeded beach accesses & the charming, idyllic beach town of Seaside are just a short walk from your home.

Features:
-Deeded neighborhood beach access: This means you have the right to use one of several 'Old Seagrove Neighborhood' beach accesses. Details on where each is located will be provided with the check-in instructions. These are also accessible to the public, and provide access to the entire beach (from the water to the dune/bluff).

-8 minute walk to closest beach access (near Dogwood St)
-9 minute walk to Seaside
-12 minute walk to Seaside town center, shops/dining/cafes.
-15 minute drive to pickleball, outdoor lit public courts, very nice surface/nets!

Please Note:
- If traveling with dogs, please review our dog policy. When booking, please be sure to check the box under 'Travelers' and specify, "Traveling with pets". There is a pet fee of $35/night for each dog. For example, it would be $70/night, additional, if traveling with 2 dogs.
- There is a residential build (mostly finishing interior now) in progress at an adjacent property.

Very nice space and perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants about 10 minutes. It's a very nice stroll through a pretty neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable and there was a sweet selection of snacks Jason left for us. Love that it had a fenced in yard - didn't take my dog but it would have been perfect for her! The beach sand is insanely gorgeous. Like flour!

This is a great little house to rent when staying in Seaside! Nicely furnished and super clean. There is public beach access that is walkable from the house. And it was less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown Seaside area. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great to have a fully fenced yard for them to run around in. Communication with the owner was super prompt and everything went really smooth. Definitely recommend this cute house!

Even Better Than Expected

This is the most lovely little getaway on 30A. The home is decorated in charming coastal decor that is inviting and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked well with any item you could need to make a meal. The beds were so cozy and comfortable after a long day in the beach! We stayed at the property as we were moving across country with our dogs and wanted a little downtime before our final destination. The owners advertised the property as pet friendly but they even went as far as to have dog bowls and treats waiting for them upon arrival. The owners were very prompt and friendly in their communication and just so accommodating. It was a wonderful place and we will definitely return!

Convenient to lots of things and walkable to Seaside for everyone. Super close to the grocery store and gas station as well. Host communication was quick and easy. Thank you for the last-minute stay!

Cute place! Had necessary supplies for us (and then some) and a goody basket! Great instructions. Accommodated us nicely for our late check-in. Gave great restaurant referrals. Check out was simple. Needed some extra wash cloths and was extremely responsive and quick! Great host! This review is making us leave a review for a winery experience in order to submit it. We did not do that experience. Submitted 5 stars to not ruin the score for the host.
