So very quant! Close to many fun activities and food. Slept very well, mattress just right for us. Front porch sitting is a hit. We had Smith & Lentz pizza twice, I suggest it! The home had all we needed. I highly recommend Music City Manor.

Great Location, Lovely House

Perfect location for getting around Nashville, walkable to Five Points and a few other East Nashville neighborhoods. The house is great - very clean, great bathrooms, lovely kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Roberts home is so cute! Accurate descriptions, looked just like the pictures. Neighborhood is close to all things Nashville. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend!

Very clean and great location!!! Better than pictured! We had a wonderful spring break trip with friends and family. So glad we decided to stay here instead of downtown! If your thinking about booking just do it you won’t regret it!!

Perfect Home

We had a fantastic time! The house has everything you need and is exactly as listed. Great restaurants walking distance. Also great location!! 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. I hope to be able to come back on our next visit to Nashville!! If you’re thinking of renting this property you should absolutely you will not regret it!!

Charming house in a great neighbourhood

We had so much fun staying at Robs place in Nashville. From the moment we booked he was quick to reply and was very accommodating with early check in. The location is great if you’re keen to explore East Nashville, very walkable to lots of cool nearby bars and eateries, and a short Uber into Broadway (but we didn’t run out of options locally). Comfy beds, clean and beautifully decorated house, great bathrooms and a well stocked kitchens. Couldn’t find a single fault and we’d be thrilled to stay again.

A wonderful stay in Nashville!

This was our first Nashville experience and it did not disappoint!! From the moment we arrived at the house we were happy with everything!! The house is beautifully decorated. Every little detail thought of to ensure a comfortable stay. We felt safe with the exterior cameras and security system available. The house is located just a quick Uber ride away to downtown and to the Nissan Stadium so very convenient! Robert was excellent to deal with as well. The whole experience has left us wanting to come back next year!!

Perfect spot for exploring and relaxing

My sister and I brought our mom down to Nashville for her 60th birthday. This house was the perfect location and had all of the amenities we needed. If you have a car, it's a great spot to just jump on the road to places like Loveless Cafe, the Opry, Belle Meade, Bluebird Cafe. It's also only a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown if you shouldn't be driving. ;) Property was clean and comfortable. We loved hanging out on the porch in our downtime. Robert was very good about answering questions and responding promptly. I would highly recommend!

Great location

Music manor is located close to major thoroughfares so it was easy to get to major attractions. Great restaurants within walking distance was a plus. Nice, comfortable accommodations.

Family time in Nashville

As an avid traveler, I’ve developed an affinity for the authentic experience I get when staying in people's homes as opposed to hotels, which inspired me to open my house for home sharing. Wherever I travel, I always appreciate getting a glimpse of what it feels like to live like a local, and that is the feeling that I hope you’re able to take away from staying at my home.

Why they chose this property

Built in 1930, my home is a craftsman bungalow that was constructed during a volatile period in American history. A single-story brick American bungalow, my house reflects more modest and simpler times with its welcoming symmetrical center gable front and classic covered porch. Before updating the layout to an open floor plan in the 2018 remodel, the house had a traditional center hall and parlor floor plan made up of smaller more contained spaces that reflected the less open values of our past. The house still has the original wood floors, windows, and modest moldings that are all constructed with the higher quality materials of yesteryear.

What makes this property unique

Having spent a lot of time in New York and other big cities around the world, I decided that I wanted to live in a house that had great restaurants within close walking distance. Being right next to the city's best Taco and Burger spots is my absolute favorite part of this ever-evolving neighborhood.
