A beautiful villa with private pool, just 30m from the sandy beach
Calma Seaside Villa is built 30m away from the sandy beach of Kyani Akti. The beach is shallow, quite and not very organized; there are few umbrellas and sun loungers. If you want a more organized beach, with many umbrellas, cafes, water sports and lifeguards, the sandy beach of Kalives is 1.5km away. There is a super market 250m away and a tavern 300m away. The center of the beautiful city of Chania is just 17km away.
The outdoor area is nicely landscaped; wooden deck, grass and colorful sun loungers give a light and summer character at the pool area. The modern outdoor dining set next to the pool is the perfect place to enjoy your meals. On the other side of the house, at the main entrance, there are flowers and herbs. The villa provides a portable charcoal with charcoal. In front of the property there is a private parking area.
The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated. The sunlight enters from the big french doors that offer a beautiful view of the pool from the lounge and the kitchen. A double bedroom with access to the pool and a twin bedroom with access to the back yard are found on this floor. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a wc at the same floor. The main bedroom of the house is found on the first level. The windows offer an amazing view over the sea. This bedroom has access to a balcony perfect for romantic evenings. One more bathroom is found on this floor.
