This jewel is nestled in a stunning setting. The location is as perfect as it gets! It's located just steps from the QuickSilver Ski Lift, where there are hiking trails and the most popular restaurants and shops on Main Street. Yet, the unit is peaceful and quiet as it occupies a corner of the concrete building. You do not need a car when staying at this location, yet reserved parking for two cars is available. This is a four-queen bed, and three full bath unit located conveniently at the Base of Peak 9 for skiers/snowboarders, shoppers, and travelers wanting to enjoy Main Street Breckenridge. A heated pool and four hot tubs await your family's arrival after an enjoyable day on the slopes.

Will this be your first time in Breckenridge? Allow me to help plan a memorable ski vacation!! I can direct you to ski rental discounts and transportation to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking).

This corner unit is 1,150 square feet, featuring two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. There are four queen-size beds (no sofa sleepers). This versatile condo appeals to families or three (3) couples that each can have their own space. The layout offers exceptional privacy, featuring a single common entrance and three separate rooms, two of which have doors. Please review the layout photo for room/bedding configurations. All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. A spacious, wrap-around deck provides additional space to gather before departing for your favorite activity. Please review the list of amenities below.

The unit offers access to the Columbine Recreation Center, situated steps away. The Center features an outdoor pool, four hot tubs, and more. It re-opened for the season on 10 October 2025.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cherry wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured on all walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cherry wood doors throughout the unit, etc Other people have suggested that we might have gone overboard in our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.

A clothes washer and dryer are located in the building. They can be operated by using an app on your cell phone.


NO Smoking/vaping, NO Pets, NO Exceptions... Sorry. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules.

Please note that the gas grill, previously located on the balcony of this unit, has been removed due to insurance reasons. The gas grill fire restrictions are sweeping Breckenridge's condominiums and townhomes.
