All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. The unit offers access to the Columbine Recreation Center, situated steps away. The Center features an outdoor pool, four hot tubs, and more. It re-opened for the season on 10 October 2025.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cherry wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured on all walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cherry wood doors throughout the unit, etc Other people have suggested that we might have gone overboard in our improvements for a 'rental unit'.
