We really enjoyed the location at Park Place Penthouse. The management was very responsive to any request or concern we shared. The unit could use some updating but was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Great location in the heart of Breck. Clean and open floor plan. Comfy beds, steam shower, washer and dryer, ice maker, Keurig. Checkin directions were simple and we had a great long weekend!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. It is an easy walk across the street to shopping and a 3-minute walk to the free bus stop. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again at this location. The complex is adjacent to downtown so walking everywhere was a breeze. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and adequately appointed. We did have a maintenance issue but the management team responded promptly and had someone out to fix it. There was a fair amount of road noise at our unit as it was next to the roundabout, and at least one of the mattresses (in the 2-queen bedroom) is in need of replacement. But overall, especially given the reasonable off-season pricing, this was a great stay.
